Cruz SLAPS Fox News’ Chris Wallace

This is from The Daily Wire.

Chris Wallace like his late father, Mike Wallace is a political assassin posing as a journalist.

On Sunday, Ted Cruz fired back at Fox News’ Chris Wallace for targeting him with every charge that had been hitherto hurled at Cruz by Donald Trump while refusing to hear Cruz’s reply. Cruz also nailed Wallace for his treatment of Trump with kid gloves while Wallace lashed out at Cruz.

Wallace started his attack like this:

… Ben Carson was suspending his campaign; that was false. The campaign put out flyers accusing people of voting violations; that was false. In South Carolina, a Cruz Super-PAC attacked Trump over the Confederate flag and your then-communications director posted a link this week accusing Rubio of disrespecting the bible; that was false. Question: Do you take personal responsibility, this is your campaign, except for the Super-PAC, do you take personal responsibility for this series of incidents, and what does it say about the culture of the campaign you’re running?

Cruz responded: “Chris, every accusation you raised there is incorrect. I appreciate you’re reading the Donald Trump attack file on that –”

Wallace interrupted, “Oh, c’mon, sir -”

Cruz tried to continue while Wallace bellowed over him. Cruz said, “Let me tell you, our campaign has been from the highest -”

Cruz never got a chance. Wallace started yelling, “You personally apol – you, wait a minute, you – wait a minute, sir, you personally, you personally apologized to Ben Carson on the debate stage. You fired your communications director. Don’t (unintelligible) on our part, sir.”

Meanwhile, Cruz quietly said, “Chris, let me answer. Please don’t interrupt me. Chris, please don’t interrupt me. Chris, please don’t interrupt me.”

Wallace finally calmed down from his tirade enough to respond, “Please, don’t accuse me of something I didn’t do.”

Cruz, finally given the chance to speak, continued, “Go ahead. Go ahead, Chris, and let me know when I’m allowed to answer.”

Wallace: “Don’t accuse me of doing something I didn’t do.” He couldn’t resist repeating his accusations: “Two of those things, you apologized for one and you fired your communications director. Don’t say this is the oppo file.”

Finally, Wallace let Cruz speak.

Chris, our campaign from the beginning has been the highest level of integrity; when others have engaged in personal attacks and insults, we don’t respond in kind, and you know, it was striking you just had Donald Trump on the air, you didn’t ask him about the fact that he sent out a fabricated quote from Tom Coburn impugning my integrity. Tom Coburn, Senator Coburn came out and said it was an utter fabrication and yet Donald continued repeating what he knew to be false. You didn’t ask Donald Trump about the robocalls that went out from a white supremacist group supporting Donald Trump, telling people do not vote for a Cuban, vote for Donald Trump.

You know, when it comes to telling the truth and not telling the truth, you didn’t ask Donald Trump about the fact that in the last debate, I asked him, “True or false, you support socialized medicine, the government paying for your health care.” He said false, and it’s directly contrary to what he said for twenty years on the record. Listen Chris, the facts matter, I understand that there are folks that don’t want to focus on the facts, but listen, the voters care about the truth; they care about Donald Trump’s record.”

“Go ahead. Go ahead, Chris, and let me know when I’m allowed to answer.”

Wallace interrupted, “Senator Cruz, we’re flat out of time, First of all, I don’t think anyone’s going to think I did an easy interview with Donald Trump; I asked him about plenty of things, If you want to ask him those questions, guess what, you’ll get the opportunity at the Fox debate on Thursday.”

20 Reasons It Will Be Great To Replace Obama With a Republican in 2016

This is from Town Hall.

1) It’ll finally give Obama a chance to pursue his real passion, golf.

2) And it will also give Joe Biden a chance to pursue his lifelong passion: chasing squirrels.

3) Al Sharpton will have to start paying his taxes again.

4) We’ll finally have someone in office who doesn’t think it’s a good thing when more Americans end up out of jobs and on the dole.

5) Forcing public school kids to eat kale and tofu dogs will suddenly drop way down the priority scale for the President of the United States.

6) The day after a Republican takes office, Obama’s promise to release billions to Iran in return for its vague promise to “sort of” stop building nuclear weapons as long as we don’t verify it won’t be good enough anymore.

7) Issues like the deficit, stopping ISIS and securing the border will be treated as more important than whom Obama’s taking his next selfie with, how often he can sneak out for a smoke and when he goes on his next vacation.

8) Since Obama has set the precedent, a Republican President will be able to unilaterally change Obamacare at will. Maybe he could limit the law to members of Congress, their staffs and union members while leaving the rest of us alone.

9) Even if Ben Carson were to somehow win, the lame excuse for every failure of the President won’t be “racism.”

10) We’ll have a President in office who’s hostile to the Muslim Brotherhood, illegal aliens and Iran instead of Christians, gun owners and the troops.

11) Democrats will be able to start railing against high deficit spending again for the first time in 8 years.

12) For the first time in 8 years, Israel will have someone on its side in office instead of someone who wants to make it easier for terrorists to murder Israelis.

13) “It’s good for the country” would no longer take a backseat to “We think it might help us in the next election.”

14) After Obama’s out of office, we can’t impeach him, but we may at least be able to find out what really happened in Benghazi, the Fast and Furious Scandal, the IRS Scandal, Solyndra and the NSA’s snooping on phone calls.

15) For the first time in 8 years we’ll have a President who doesn’t claim that he learned about almost every major scandal in his administration from watching TV.

16) Maybe with a Republican in office, we can invent a time machine to take us back and fix all the damage the worst President in history caused over the previous 8 years.

17) We’ll finally have a President who considers ISIS, nukes in Iran and the deficit to be bigger threats than global warming, people who want to adhere to the Constitution, and Rush Limbaugh.

18) We’d have a President who cares what happens to soldiers who aren’t gay, atheists or deserters for the first time in 8 years.

19) Election night 2016 will produce the biggest one night spike in MSNBC’s history as conservatives all over America tune into the network to hear the teary explanations of how the Republicans stole the election.

20) When Hillary goes down to defeat in 2016, she won’t have to worry about running for President anymore; so she’ll finally be able to divorce Bill, free her flying monkeys and fly off into the sunset on her broomstick.

The One Reason Former Obama Czar Van Jones Believes Democrats Should Be ‘Very Worried’ About 2016

This is from The Blaze.

It sounds like Van Jones is a little smarter than he looks.

The Democratic Party should be “very worried” about the way the 2016 presidential race is shaping up so far, according to CNN commentator Van Jones.

Jones, a former special advisor — also known as the “green jobs czar” — to President Barack Obama, said Sunday that the GOP’s field of potential presidential candidates is “beginning to look like the rainbow coalition.”

“This is gonna be the greatest show on Earth,” he said. “You may have a field where you have two Latinos —Cruz and Rubio — you can have an Asian, Jindal, you could have a woman, Carly Fiorina, you could have a black guy… Ben Carson.”

But more importantly, Jones said of the Republicans, “you’ve got a very riveting primary on their side, nothing on our side.”

“I think Democrats should be very worried about that,” he added.

Ben Carson Placed on ‘Extremist’ Watch List

This is from the Tea Party News Network.

I would be honored to be on the extremist list with Ben Carson.

The Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC), like so many liberal institutions started decades ago, began with noble intentions.
Today, however, they serve as a partisan group dedicated to a brand of political extremism that they, ironically, purport to work against.
They throw around terms like “extremist” and “terrorist” in order to intimidate and sensationalize.
While so many on their “extremist” list are, by most measures, extremists (Klan members and other assorted neo-Nazis), they also include many who represent a challenge to the liberal narrative.
In 2011, they notoriously included Kentucky Senator and potential 2016 presidential candidate Rand Paul on their list.
Like him or hate him, it’s ridiculous to include Rand Paul on a list that includes KKK members.
Now, they are including famed neurosurgeon and potential 2016 presidential candidate Ben Carson on their list of “extremists.”
The reason, according to the SPLC, seems to be little more than the fact that Carson supports traditional definitions of marriage and that he famously spoke-out against Obama’s policies at the National Prayer Breakfast in 2013.
Evidently, supporting the longstanding institution of marriage and taking issue with the Dear Leader’s failed leadership is enough to qualify for entry on the SPLC’s political hitlist.
The SPLC explains why he’s on the list: (Emphasis added)
Although the book amplified Carson’s name recognition, the breakout incident that made him a sensation in far-right political circles was his audacious public criticism of President Obama, who was sitting nearby at the National Prayer Breakfast in 2013. He lectured Obama on the national debt, called for a tax system along the lines of biblical tithes and touted health savings accounts that could be inherited by family members as a better option than any government plan. Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity and other right-wing political commentators lavished praise on Carson. The Wall Street Journal headlined a positive review of the speech “Ben Carson for President,” noting that he may not have been politically correct, “but he’s closer to correct than we’ve heard in years.”
In a March 2013 appearance on Fox News’ “Hannity,” Carson bolstered his standing with hardliners by appearing to equate gays who wish to marry with pedophiles and humans who have sex with animals. Although he later apologized for the remark, claiming it was taken out of context and asserting that he loved gay people just as much as straight people, his words triggered an avalanche of protest from faculty colleagues and students at Johns Hopkins. He had been scheduled to deliver the university’s commencement address just two months later but withdrew rather than stoke further controversy. At around the same time, Carson, at age 61, announced his retirement from Johns Hopkins, effective July 1, saying he wanted to leave surgical practice at the top of his game….
Legal Insurrection makes a good point about the real-world dangers of the list, saying,
Landing on SPLC’s Extremist list can be politically deadly, and also deadly in the real sense.  The Family Research Council made the list because of its position on same-sex marriage, inspiring Floyd Lee Corkins to go on a murderous shooting spree at FRC headquarters.
It would be fine if the yahoos at MSNBC declared Carson “extreme” or other political commentators did similarly; what this represents, however, is a shocking display of partisan behavior from a group that is supposed to be tracking so-called “hate groups” and potential domestic terrorists.
While such a Quixotic task will ultimately rely upon a bit of subjectivity, the SPLC’s recent addition is pathetic and transparent in their intent to smear a political contender for daring to criticize the Obama Regime and stand by the institution of marriage that has stood for thousands of years.

Ben Carson: Why Republicans Should Nominate Him for President

This is from Patriot UpDate.

I do not see the Establishment Republicans allowing Dr Carson to get the nomination.

I have a few questions about where Ben Carson stands on several things and if he runs maybe they will get answered.

That being said I would support Ben Carson before I would Bush, Christie or Romney.

If anyone’s life reflects the rags-to-riches story that is the very fabric of the American ideal it is Dr. Ben Carson.

Carson spent his early life on the mean streets of Detroit, raised by a poor single mother who had little education and, in fact, could not read. Young Ben Carson had every excuse to become a bitter, frustrated, angry young man; a kid who like so many others in his circumstances chose gangbanging, drugs, and a life of economic and moral privation.

But this is not what happened. In spite of her own limited education, Carson’s mother insisted that young Ben and his brother take their education seriously, avoid destructive influences, and work hard to better their lives. Both of them did.

As the world now knows, that young kid from the mean streets of Detroit eventually became Dr. Ben Carson, the renowned neurosurgeon who not only bettered his own life but bettered the lives of hundreds of patients from all over the world with his gifted hands.

Now all these years later he is a viable candidate for the presidency of the United States. What a story. Horatio Alger could not have written it better. The only way this story could end any better is for America to elect Carson as President of the United States, and ending that is entirely possible.

I recently received a booklet in the mail from the organization that is trying to generate enough support to convince Dr. Carson to run for president. The PAC calls itself “Run Ben Run!” and its booklet is titled, Ben Carson for President 2016.

I usually send unsolicited political material directly to the circular file, but this particular booklet caught my eye because on the back cover it lists three good reasons why Ben Carson should be America’s next president.

They are substantial reasons worth considering: 1) Carson is the only candidate who can heal and unite America, 2) Carson is the only candidate who can defeat Hillary Clinton, and 3) Carson is a genuine Ronald Reagan conservative with common sense solutions for America.

How can Ben Carson heal and unite America? The answer to this question is simple. He can do what Barack Obama promised to do then didn’t. America has not been so racially divided since the bad old days of Jim Crow, and the reason can be summed up in two words: Barack Obama.

He promised to help Americans of all stripes bridge the racial divide that has festered for so long in this country, but, once elected, did just the opposite. Rather than use his bully pulpit as a tool for bringing the races together, Obama has used it as a weapon for keeping them apart.

In every situation that had racial overtones—the police incident in Cambridge, the Trayvon Martin affair, and the Michael Brown shooting—Barack Obama responded in the manner of his race hustling buddy, Al Sharpton.

Ben Carson, on the other hand responds to race in the manner espoused by Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. To Carson, people of all races are children of God and equal in the Father’s eyes. He judges people according to the content of their character rather than the color of their skin. To Carson, race is neither an impediment nor an excuse.

Concerning running against the most likely Democratic candidate in 2016—Hillary Clinton—Carson is the conservative candidate most likely to defeat her. In poll after poll, Hillary edges out all of the various known Republican candidates.

But this is not the case with Ben Carson. Carson’s unique qualities appeal to voters: black and white, Asian and Hispanic, rich and poor, blue-collar and white-collar, Republican and Democrat, Libertarian and independent. Carson is the 2016 version of Ronald Reagan while Hillary is just the Democratic Party’s latest descendant of Jimmy Carter.

While all of the known Republican candidates fare well on policy issues, none of them have the personal appeal of Ben Carson—that little something extra that made Reagan so popular with Americans of all stripes.

Think of how hard it will be for Hillary to attack Carson. He rose up from poverty to become a world-renowned success story, spent his life helping others, and has the benefit of being a man of color who can appeal to a minority voting bloc the Democrats have come to take for granted.

When it comes to policy issues, Ben Carson is the political reincarnation of Ronald Reagan. The booklet distributed by Run Ben Run! contains quotes from Carson that show where he stands on such issues as the national debt, Obamacare, taxes, marriage, abortion, illegal immigration, values, the redistribution of income, prosperity, welfare, political correctness, the Second Amendment, the war on religion, and prayer.

If you are a conservative and a patriot, he stands in exactly the right place on all of these issues. A few representative examples illustrate why Dr. Carson is the conservative best suited to be America’s next president (Quotes are from the booklet Ben Carson for President 2016):

  • National debt. Carson recommends cutting government spending by 10 percent per year until the budget is balanced. Here is what he says about the out-of-control national debt: “To saddle the next generation with unimaginable debt is not only callous, it is morally reprehensible.”
  • Dr. Carson recommends repealing and replacing Obamacare. Here is what he says about the misnamed Affordable Care Act: “Obamacare is really I think the worst thing that has happened in this nation since slavery…it is slavery in a way, because it is making all of us subservient to the government, and it was never about health care. It was about control.”
  • Dr. Carson recommends a flat tax system that everyone participates in. His comments on this subject include the following: “…fair taxation means that everyone contributes proportionately…a Wall Street mogul who made $10 billion would be required to give $1 billion and a Harlem schoolteacher who made $50,000 would be required to give $5,000.”
  • One of Dr. Carson’s comments on this subject summarizes his position on same-sex marriage: “Marriage is between a man and a woman and…no group has the right to change the definition of marriage to suit their needs.”
  • Dr. Carson believes that abortion contributes to the growing culture of death in American society. He comments that, “…life begins at conception rather than at the time of delivery or at some arbitrary point during gestation.”
  • Dr. Carson views welfare as a self-destructive trap that dehumanizes those caught up in it. His comments on this subject are instructive: “A truly moral nation enacts policies that encourage personal responsibility and discourage self-destructive behavior by not subsidizing people who live irresponsibly and make poor choices.” He goes on to say that this comment “…may seem a bit harsh to many bleeding heart do-gooders, but I submit that what is harsh is continuing to encourage irresponsible behavior and generating a permanent underclass.”
  • Dr. Carson believes that Judeo Christian values “…are the values that…led us to the pinnacle position in the world faster than any nation in history.”

It is refreshing to hear the beliefs of a potential presidential candidate who actually loves America and believes in God, and who is open, straight-forward, and honest about it. I don’t know if Dr. Ben Carson is going to run for president, but I hope he does. If he chooses to throw his hat into the ring, he certainly has my support. After Barack Obama and when compared with Hillary Clinton or Elizabeth Warren, Dr. Carson is a breath of fresh air just as Ronald Reagan was when compared with Jimmy Carter. Let’s just hope the Republicans have the good sense to nominate Carson.

Racist Conservatives Pick Ted Cruz and Ben Carson in Presidential Straw Poll

This is from Godfather Politics.

There is no doubt in my mind the DemocRats and their toadies in the press will use the race card.

That is all they have.

Conservatives prove once again that they’re racists. Look what they just did, positive proof that Republicans and conservatives are at heart racially motivated in their political decisions.

No doubt the Democrats will pull the ubiquitous race card again by making up some story about why the poll results turned out the way they did:

“Ted Cruz, R-Texas, has won another straw poll, boosting his national profile and elevating his name among potential 2016 presidential contenders.

“Cruz finished in first place in the annual conference’s presidential straw poll at 30.33%. Dr. Ben Carson, a Fox News commentator and conservative activist, finished in second with 29.38% while Sen. Rand Paul, R-Kentucky, was third with 10.43%.”

A Black and Hispanic pulled in 60 percent of vote among attendees at the Republican Leadership Conference.

The racism of conservatives runs deep. That’s why they elected Gov. Bobby Jindal in Louisiana, Gov. Nikki Haley in South Carolina, and the Junior Senator Tim Scott also from South Carolina.

No doubt the Democrats will say that Cruz and Carson are GOP puppets, racial window dressing just to appeal to minority voters in order to win elections. Liberals don’t care much for racial equality. What they really want is political singularity that sees the State as a benefactor, the creation of a new form of slavery where everybody is equal — equally poor.

How do you think this GOP presidential ticket would do in November 2016? Dr. Carson doesn’t have any political experience. In most of the articles What I’ve read about President Obama when he was running for president in 2008 is that many political pundits spent more time on his “stirring keynote address at a Democratic National Convention” and his “eloquence and hopeful approach to politics” more than his political experience.

As we now know, Obama’s “eloquence” has does wonders for our struggling economy. His policies have been some of the most destructive our nation has ever experienced.

Anyway, who needs experience? Those with experience get us into wars, ruin education, and wreck the economy, and devalue our freedoms.

The vast majority of conservatives don’t care a thing about race or national origin. It’s policies that we care about.

“Cruz’s address was among the most popular. He was interrupted several times by cheers and standing ovations — especially when he told the crowd he was ‘convinced’ the Republican Party would retake control of Congress in the midterm elections this fall.

“Cruz won the Values Voter summit’s presidential straw poll last fall, and came in second to Sen. Paul in this year’s straw poll at the big Conservative Political Action Conference.

“The potential 2016 presidential candidate said that across the country, people tell him that they are scared – of losing their freedom, losing their constitutional rights, and bankrupting their children and grandchildren.”

It’s not about skin color, race, or national origin; it’s about policies.

In addition to ridding Congress of political destroyers from the Democrat Party, it’s also important to do a bit of GOP housecleaning:

“‘The problem with the Republican Party is that we have people in the party who don’t believe in the very foundational principles of our party,’ said [Rick] Santorum, going on to criticize the party’s ‘moderate’ funders, an ‘expert political class’ from ‘dark-blue communities’ in major cities.”

The people Santorum is talking about are all white![1] Once again, it’s policy, not race.

Policy — NOT race!

Ben Carson educates NBC’s David Gregory on slavery, Obamacare and neo-Marxists

This is from BizPac Review.

The leftist wants to destroy Ben Carson as they see him as a threat to them as he may run for president.

The liberals do not want a black conservative making the first black socialist president look bad.

Appearing Sunday on NBC’s “Meet the Press,” Ben Carsonstood by an earlier comment he made about Obamacare being the worst thing since slavery.

Speaking at the Values Voter Summit in October, the retired neurosurgeon said the Affordable Care Act is “the worst thing that has happened in this nation since slavery.”

“And it is in a way,” he said then. “It is slavery in a way, because it is making all of us subservient to the government, and it was never about health care. It was about control.”

Host David Gregory ran a clip of the comment, then put Carson on the spot.

Obama, US embassies fail to recognize Armed
Services Day, see what they tweeted instead

“First, recognize what I said,” Carson replied. “The worst thing since slavery. I didn’t say it was slavery.”

“You said it is slavery in a way,” Gregory chimed in, reading Carson’s quote back to him.

“In a way anything is slavery that robs you of control of running your own life,” Carson answered, showing a verbal fluency that rivals the great orator of the left, Barack Obama. ”And, when you take the most important thing you have, which is your health care, and you put that in the hands of government bureaucrats, I think you have done the wrong thing.”

Carson made reference to “neo-Marxist literature,” which had the assembled panel’s full attention.

“You go back and look at the neo-Marxist literature and look at what they say, you don’t have to look at what I say, about taking control of the health care of a populace and making the people dependent,” he said. “This is not what America is about.”

Ben Carson: White House wanted apology for ‘offending’ Obama

This is from The Daily Caller.

Obama is a big eared thin skinned leftist boob.

I am surprised that IRSS is not auditing Dr.Carson daily.

Neurosurgeon Ben Carson says the White House wanted him to apologize for “offending” President Obama after he famously delivered a conservative message at the National Prayer Breakfast last year.

Carson, the former director of pediatric neurosurgery at Johns Hopkins Hospital, recalls the events surrounding his 2013 speech in his new book, One Nation: What We Can All Do To Save America’s Future. The Daily Caller obtained an advance copy of the book, which is set for release May 20.

“He did not appear to be hostile or angry,” Carson writes of Obama, “but within a matter of minutes after the conclusion of the program, I received a call from some of the prayer breakfast organizers saying that the White House was upset and requesting that I call the president and apologize for offending him. I said that I did not think that he was offended and that I didn’t think that such a call was warranted.”

Conservatives rallied around Carson last year after his remarks, made from a podium as Obama sat just feet away. In his speech, he railed against “political correctness” and offered specific ideas for health care reform.

“Many have commented that the president appeared to be uncomfortable during my speech, but I was not paying particular attention to him or his reactions, as my comments were really directed more at the American people than the people on the dais,” Carson recalls. “At the conclusion of the program, the president approached me to shake my hand and thank me for my participation.”

Since that speech, a super PAC has been formed to encourage Carson to run for president in 2016.

In his book, Carson suggests he has no plans to run, but hints he would if he “felt called by God.”

“I have been offered support from around the country and tremendous financial resources if I decide to run for national office,” he writes in his book. “But I have not felt called to run. I suspect that there are many others who think logically and are interested in a political future who might be better candidates than myself. Nonetheless, if I felt called by God to officially enter the world of politics, I certainly would not hesitate to do so.”

5 Ways Liberals Try To Control You

This is from Town Hall.

If the liberals can not control someone they marginalize try to embarrass you and if possible destroy you.

They have gotten blacks to live on the liberal plantation by supplying them with handouts.

When a black leaves the liberal plantation and becomes liberal plantation liberals attack them and tries to destroy said black.

Perfect examples Clarence Thomas and Dr.Ben Carson.

“As Stan Evans says, whatever liberals disapprove of, they want banned … and whatever they approve of, they make mandatory.” — Ann Coulter

Liberalism is an ideology that believes in control, not freedom. That’s why liberals love the federal government so much while they detest states’ rights. It allows them to bend hundreds of millions of people to their will with one imperial edict.

It’s also why liberal judges don’t believe in the Constitution like conservative justices do. Sticking to one set of rules means people have freedom to do what they want as long as they adhere to the basic rules our society was formed around.

A “living constitution” means you can put the force of law behind the whims of liberal judges. Why is Barack Obama so insistent on listening in on your phone calls via NSA? Because if the government can’t watch you, it can’t tell you what to do…for your own good, of course.

Granted, conservatives aren’t perfect in these areas, but at least we believe in free speech, free markets, and states’ rights. The all-encompassing, all-smothering liberal nanny state has no use for freedom. The only freedom liberals want to give people is the “freedom” to do as they’re told.

1) Liberals want to control you with government regulations: There are 174,545 pages of federal regulations. Let me repeat that: there are 174,545 pages of federal regulations and the numbers are only increasing. As a practical matter, what that means is that we’ve long since passed the point where any one human being could have an understanding of all our regulations, and we’ve moved on to the “we have to pass the bill so that you can find out what is in it” era.

In fact, you probably did five illegal things before breakfast without having a clue about it, which you’ll find out about the moment some liberal decides you have to be put in your place and looks for a way to do it. Liberals control what you eat, what clothes you wear, what TV you watch, what kind of car you drive, what size soda you can drink, and even what toilet or light bulb you can use in your house.

Complain about it, and you’re accused of wanting to end restaurant inspections and safety standards that prevent cars from exploding. So, what would be wrong with permanently fixing the number of regulations at 1/10 the current number and dropping one every time a new one needs to be added? The only thing wrong with it would be that it wouldn’t allow liberals to micromanage your life.

2) Liberals want to control your major life decisions: Liberals aren’t just picking at the margins; they’re now making some of the central choices in your life. They oppose vouchers and charter schools because they want to make sure your child is exposed to the right kind of liberal propaganda courtesy of the teachersí unions.

Creepily, Melissa Harris Perry took it even further when she said, “We have to break through our kind of private idea that kids belong to their parents or kids belong to their families, and recognize that kids belong to whole communities.” They don’t want to own your children’s education; they want to own your children.

They control when you can retire by refusing to let people have even safe, limited investment opportunities in Social Security. Obamacare is an attempt to take over the health care system, which will literally give a liberal death panel the ability to decide whether you live or die. Given that Barack Obamahimself once famously suggested, “Maybe you’re better off not having the surgery, but taking the painkiller,” that’s not a comforting thought. Shouldn’t you be making those decisions about your life instead of disconnected bureaucrats in D.C. who pays no price for being wrong when they make bad choices that hurt you?

3) They want to control your speech: Why do liberals push speech code designed to kill talk radio like the fairness doctrine and “localism?” Because talk radio is conservative and it gets an alternative viewpoint out.

It’s the same reason that they futilely try to discredit Fox News and why conservative speakers on college campuses are often attacked and shouted down. It’s also why liberals embrace speech codes on college campuses and political correctness.

Liberals typically don’t even argue an issue in any sort of meaningful fashion so much as they shout “racism,” “sexism,” and “extremism” in an attempt to define all differing opinions as illegitimate by default. Since liberalism works about as well as Communism in practice, the only way it can be implemented is either by force or by preventing the arguments against it from getting a fair hearing.

4) Liberals want to control minorities: If you’re not a straight white male, liberals think they own you like a slave. They’re not allowed to whip you like a slave any more, but if you leave the liberal plantation by thinking for yourself, they will try to destroy you as a human being. Why do liberals hate men like Clarence Thomas and Ben Carson so much?

Because they’re successful, intelligent, well-liked black men who don’t see themselves as victims, complain incessantly about racism, or believe that they need liberals to succeed. If you’re a “feminist,” why wouldn’t you be celebrating strong, successful, much-admired women like Sarah Palin, Michele Bachmann, Dana Loesch or Michelle Malkin?

Because they don’t hate men, look at themselves as victims, or believe in aborting as many children as possible. Therefore, they must be demeaned, smeared, and hurt in any way possible. What if you’re gay and don’t see yourself as a victim or believe the central focus of your entire life should be gay marriage? They want you destroyed.

What if you’re a strong Hispanic man or woman who doesn’t see unlimited illegal immigration as good for the country? They hate you with the passion of a thousand suns. Liberals believe you are free to be anything you want to be, as you long as you stick to the extremely narrow, well-defined roles they’ve created that allow you to say, speak, and think whatever they tell you.

5) Liberals want to control your money: Liberals are happy to hand out food stamps, welfare, and school lunch programs. They love extending unemployment insurance benefits as long as possible. They’re big fans of people quitting their jobs and going on disability. Why

? Because once you’re financially dependent on them, you’re like a dog on a leash. You’ll sleep in the doghouse, eat the Alpo, and roll over when your master says so in hopes that he’ll give you another treat. They take tax money from the states and demand those same states jump through hoops to get it back.

They take money from productive Americans, use it for programs those people don’t want or need, and then take credit for spending the money while accusing the people who actually paid of being greedy for not wanting to “give” even more.

You’re paying the salaries of the IRS workers who audit you for being conservative, the EPA goons who declare your land is a protected wetland when it rains, and the politicians who declare you’re a horrible racist for disagreeing with them. Liberals believe we should have a populace that is controlled by the government, not a government that is controlled by the populace.
