Rush Claims CBS’s Choice of Colbert is a ‘war on heartland of America’

This comes from The Prescription For America.

Rush is 100% correct the left is at war with America’s Heartland

Here in America’s does not believe in the nonsense the left is trying to shove down our throats.

We believe the God,Guts and Guns made this country.

We believe We are One Nation Under God.

If we forget that we are one nation gone under.

Rush Limbaugh has blasted the hiring of Stephen Colbert as David Letterman’s Late Night replacement and says that it should be viewed as an attack on Republicans.

‘CBS has just declared war on the heartland of America,’ the conservative radio personality said after the hiring was confirmed on Thursday.

Colbert shot to national fame in his satirical eponymous show, and though the character he plays has his same name, it is a parody of right-wing television hosts.

As such, he uses the comedy on the show to criticize many conservative issues by playing such an outlandish character.

‘No longer is comedy going to be a covert assault on traditional American values, conservatism. Now it’s just wide out in the open,’ Limbaugh said.

Police: Man Breaks Into Chelsea H.S., Goes Wild With Fire Extinguisher

This is from CBS 2 New York.

It is time for DiFi and Mayor Loonberg to call for immediate

ban of all fire extinguishers.

Obozo needs to appear on television with fake tears and

demand Congress take up a ban on fire extinguishers.

At Least 17 People Treated, Including Students And Safety Officers.

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) — Emergency responders were treating several students after an incident at Liberty High School for Newcomers in Chelsea.

It all took place at around 1:30 p.m. Friday. A man entered the school illegally looking for a former teacher, according to police.

Sources told CBS 2 the man is a 24-year-old former student.

When he was questioned by school safety officers, the man grabbed a fire extinguisher off the wall and ran upstairs spraying the extinguisher as he went, sources said.

“There were kids dangling out of the window. They were on their phones, they were crying. At one point they screamed and one girl looked like she was trying to jump out. And the police were like no no no stay in,” witness Debra Fisher said.

The man was taken into custody.

Three school safety officers suffered minor injuries while subduing the suspect, sources said.

At least 14 other people, including students, were also being treated for difficulty breathing after being exposed to the cloud of extinguisher material.

The suspect was taken to Bellevue Hospital. Charges were pending.

McCarthy: “Carrying a loaded firearm is the gateway crime to committing a murder.”

This is from Bearing Arms.

How many in the Law Enforcement Community have

this mentality?

Chicago police superintendent Garry McCarthy made his authoritarian views on the Second Amendment quite clear in September when he announced that he’d have his officers shoot concealed carriers first and ask questions later.

You know, because the Chicago PD’s anti-gun zealotry has made the city so incredibly safe and not the murder capitol of the United States.

Oh, wait.

McCarthy is now attempting to claim that a new initiative to take guns off the street is a success, even though it’s very “success” shows how much of a miserable of a failure Chicago’s anti gun laws really are:

We’ve reported extensively about Chicago’s problem with gun violence.

Now Chicago police said they have seized more than 6,500 illegal guns this year. That’s 130 illegal weapons each week.

Police Superintendent Garry McCarthy says that’s more than any major city and he says if you can reduce weapons you will reduce crime.

“Carrying a loaded firearm is the gateway crime to committing a murder,” McCarthy said.

Here’s another take on McCarthy’s absurd spin.

If Chicago’s officers are taking 130 from criminals every week—6,500+ so far this year—then that statistic is cold, hard evidence that the draconian anti-gun laws of the city are an abject and complete failure. This suggests that there are probably tens of thousands of criminals with guns in Chicago, while law-abiding citizens are effectively disarmed. Chicago has set their citizens up as lambs to be slaughtered, and being slaughtered they are.

McCarthy’s view of his department’s success is so divorced from reality as to be laughable. There were 500+ murders in Chicago last year, so many that the exact numbers are in dispute; this CBS report claims “just” 507, but Chicago Redeye documents by name 520 homicide victims, and Crime in Chicago blog claims 537!

Crime in Chicago also documents that 2,670 were injured by criminals that ignore Chicago’s laws in 2012, and there are 2,393 casualties so far this year, on pace to easily exceed 2,400 for 2013.

There are entire blocks of U.S. states, and even war zones with fewer deaths and injuries than Chicago, and McCarthy dares claim that Chicago’s anti-gun views, policies, and laws are working, and that even more draconian laws are needed?

Garry McCarthy shouldn’t be running a major city’s police department. He should be institutionalized until he can bring his delusions under control.

Earliest Subzero Temps Since ’95; More Bitter Cold And Snow Coming

This is from CBS Chicago.

More record cold in Chicago but globull warming is the cause.

The globull warming crowd says when temperatures are

setting records for heat globull warming is the cause.

Then when record cold happens globull warming is the cause.

They want it both ways but they are wrong on both accounts.

CHICAGO (CBS) – Chicagoans were hit with the coldest December temperatures in nearly 20 years on Tuesday, and the Wednesday morning commute could be a challenge as the area will get hit with more snow.

The last time Chicago had subzero temperatures this early in the season was Dec. 9, 1995. Unfortunately for Chicagoans, it won’t be long before the mercury is back below zero.

Chicago could see subzero temperatures again Wednesday night. Before that, Chicago likely will get more snow–up to 2 to 4 inches.

RELATED:

A winter weather advisory has been issued for the Chicago area from midnight Tuesday night through 10 a.m. Wednesday morning.

The snow will begin sometime in the early hours of Wednesday morning, with the heaviest snowfall likely between 5 a.m. and 8 a.m. in the Chicago area, according to the National Weather Service. A total of 2 to 4 inches are expected.

Wednesday night, temperatures could again drop to zero or below.

The frigid temperatures make it especially dangerous for drivers, as road salt loses its effectiveness when temperatures dip below zero.

That means drivers have to be concerned roads are slicker than they appear. With up to four inches of snow in the forecast for Wednesday morning, roads could be very dangerous Wednesday night, when the temperature could get as low as four below zero.

Meantime, at the emergency room at Loyola University Medical Center in Maywood, doctors have been preparing for a sudden influx of hypothermia patients. It’s something they have to prepare for every year when temperatures are dangerously cold.

“Every winter we have patients who come in where their core body temperature is low, so we deal with hypothermia regularly,” said Dr. Christina Hantsch. “Hypothermia, frostbite, cold-induced exacerbation of underlying illnesses – these are all things that in emergency medicine we’re accustomed to in this area.”

One example would be when a patient falls through ice, but Hantsch said hypothermia also can set in gradually, even when temperatures are not below freezing.

“If you’re outside in a relatively cool climate for a while without appropriate protection, then you can develop hypothermia over the course of the hours that you’re out,” she said.

The best advice in sub-freezing temperatures is to dress in layers – including a hat, gloves or mittens, and a scarf – and avoid being outdoors for an extended period of time.

Video Shows Monticello Mayor Cursing, Breaking Clock After DWI Arrest

This is from CBS 2 New York.

This son of Obama has an attitude and alcohol problem.

Yet his less than honorable has to play the race card.

So he can distract his sheeple and divert the spotlight

from his misdeeds.

MONTICELLO, N.Y. (CBSNewYork) — A video recording shows the mayor of the Sullivan County municipality of Monticello in a heated confrontation after being arrested by his own police officers.

As CBS 2’s Steve Langford reported Sunday, Monticello Mayor Gordon Jenkins was arrested on Nov. 16, on suspicion of drunken driving.

Warning: Videos Contain Graphic Language

He was taken into custody after showing up to take a look at a serious car accident on Main Street. A volunteer firefighter noticed the mayor looked drunk, according to police, and notified law enforcement. Jenkins was arrested on the spot.

In a video recorded at his own police headquarters, a man identified as Jenkins was shown seated in a chair with one hand handcuffed to a wall. During the first minute of the video, he is heard apparently talking to himself, using a variety of obscene insults to describe the officers.

Soon afterward, an officer comes in to interview him.

“You know something, Davis?” he says to the officer in the video. “I’m the one that hired you in this job, man. I mean, it doesn’t matter. It doesn’t matter about that. But you know something? How the f**k you guys going to play the game?”

When the officer later addresses him as “sir,” Jenkins replies: “Don’t call me sir.”

“Mayor? Is that better?” the officer says.

“Don’t call me mayor,” Jenkins replies. “Call me n****r, because that’s what I am when I’m right here in handcuffs. But you know something? I don’t give a f**k.”

Altogether, hours of video were released, showing Jenkins not happy about his arrest.

“What are you going to do? Put me in jail five years? I’ll get out in five years, and I going to f***ing tell you what the f**k you did to me, and I’m going to come back to you,” he tells an officer later.

The mayor was charged with DWI, refusing a Breathalyzer, obstruction of justice and criminal mischief.

The final charge came following an incident seen about an hour and 22 minutes into the first of three video clips. Jenkins stands up, pulls a clock off the wall, and hurls it out the door of the interrogation room while demanding to know who is at the police station desk.

“Why did you break the clock?” an officer says.

“Because I called you and you didn’t answer, and you f***ed… these cuffs are too tight,” Jenkins replies. When the officer returns to the room, Jenkins accuses the officer of trying to “humiliate” him.

The mayor’s DWI arrest was just the latest episode in a history of hostility between the mayor and the local police force, according to the mayor’s attorney.

“People in Monticello who form his base have suffered indignities at the hands of the same police officers, and they understand what he was saying,” attorney Michael Sussman said.

Monticello Village Trustee Carmen Rue filed the request to release the videos of the mayor in custody. She has called on him to leave his post.

“He needs help. He really needs help,” Rue said. “He needs to step down for the good of the community.”

Sussman did not dispute the fact that his client uses profane language in the video, but he did challenge the DWI charge.

“He doesn’t sound drunk to me,” Sussman said. “He sounds very coherent to me, even if very angry.”

The head of the local Policemen’s Benevolent Association said handcuffing the mayor to the wall for most of the night was not unusual treatment.

“The way he was acting, how intoxicated he was — he was treated the way everybody else was treated,” said Monticello PBA President John Riegler.

Meanwhile, residents of Monticello had serious questions Sunday about the mayor’s latest alleged conduct.

“It’s not a good example for a person in that position to be setting for the public,” one person said.

“He’s not fit for being mayor,” another said. “What mayor would do something like what he does?”

Jenkins pleaded guilty three years ago for selling knock-off sneakers at his local store. He was arrested again last year for allegedly hitting a police officer.

Jenkins also raised eyebrows earlier this year when he appointed his longtime girlfriend to the village Board of Trustees.

Jenkins pleaded not guilty to the charges against him. As for the mayor’s future, it will likely come up at the next Monticello Village Trustees’ meeting on Dec. 6.

Potentially Fatal ‘Knockout’ Game Targeting Strangers May be Spreading to D.C.

This is from CBS Washington, D.C.

Most of these feral Sons of Obama animals strike in

packs and where Second Amendment Rights are restricted.

Colt, Glock etc. make a stopper for these feral animals.

CBS doe doesn’t mention the race of these feral animals.

But the video shows the are black.

WASHINGTON – A terrifying new ‘game’ that’s already caused deaths in Syracuse, St. Louis and New Jersey is sweeping the nation, and it preys upon unsuspecting people walking the streets, anywhere.

A recent report from New York-based CBS 2 shed light on the growing trend, displaying unsettling footage of teens participating in this game – which goes by the name ‘Knockout’ – and involves randomly targeting passersby, with the ultimate goal being to knock them out with one punch as they walk by.

One victim shown in the footage was 46-year-old Ralph Santiago of Hoboken, N.J., who was found dead with his neck broken and head lodged between iron fence posts, according to NJ.com.

Video surveillance shows Santiago walking in an alleyway in broad daylight, and just as he’s about to pass a pack of teenagers, one launches the fatal, knockout blow.

And what’s the point?

“For the fun of it,” one teen said in the video.

“They just want to see if you got enough strength to knock somebody out,” said another.

D.C. has not been spared of this violent trend.

One local woman, who was attacked on 14thStreet NW in Columbia Heights on Thursday, tells DCist.com she believes to have been a target of this game, as a group of around eight males on bikes came up behind her, with one hitting her in the head. According to the report, police categorized the attack as “simple assault.”

The woman tells the publication she believes others in the area should be on the lookout for similar types of attacks.

Sen. Feinstein apparently wants to ban 19th century revolvers

This is from The Examiner.

The Wicked Bitch Witch of The West tries to strike again.

DI Fi wants only the elites like herself armed.

That, anyway, is the only conclusion consistent with the “logic” she articulated Sunday morning on CBS’s Face the Nation (emphasis added):

Having said that, the weapon was a .223 MP15, the MP stands for military and police, clearly designed not for general consumption, but through practice now general consumption. Same gun that was used at Aurora. Would I do a bill? Sure I would do a bill. I mean I believe this down deep in my soul.

The notion of Feinstein‘s possession of a soul is a debate for another day. Let’s instead look at her contention that by naming the rifle model the M&P15, with M&P standing for “military and police,” Smith and Wesson is tacitly acknowledging that this firearm is appropriate only for the government’s hired muscle.

What a peculiar idea. Smith and Wesson, keep in mind, has put “military and police” into the names of lots of guns, including revolvers, dating all the way back to 1899, with the Model 10,once named the Smith & Wesson Military & Police.

Similarly, an iconic Colt revolver is the Detective Special, which has served both detectives and private citizens well for over 85 years.

Feinstein, of course, once carried a revolver (in San Francisco, no less–not a legal option for those of us who are not among the “elite”). Was it an S&W Military & Police, or perhaps a Colt Detective Special? Maybe, maybe not–but does it matter? Even a revolver that has not been labeled with a too-deadly-for-private-citizens name is, after all, a revolver, and presumably about as “deadly” as a revolver named for its usefulness to law enforcement and the military.

This column recently noted that a California bill, passed by the legislature, but vetoed by even anti-gun Governor Jerry Brown, proves gun rights advocates’ long-held contention that the hysterical calls to ban “assault weapons” have nothing to do with so-called “military features” that we were once told distinguish “assault weapons” from “acceptable” semi-automatic rifles.

Feinstein, though, has now taken the insanity to a perhaps unprecedented level. Now it’s not just ergonomic refinements and cosmetic features that render some guns “unsuitable” for private ownership. Now, the name of the gun is enough to justify a ban.

She would probably really object to this correspondent’s idea for an AR-15 platform rifle marketed as the “Regime Changer” (“Recall Ballot From the Rooftops Launcher” is an awkwardly long name for a gun). That, of course, just adds to the idea’s appeal.

Update: On second thought, let’s try to talk S&W into telling Feinstein that the “M&P” stands for “Militia and Patriots”–that should scare her as much as anything.

‘Duck Dynasty’ Star: ‘It Ain’t Gun Control We Need, It’s Sin Control’

Si Robertson is absoultly right is his observations about sin control.

We have too long being calling evil good and good evil.

It started with condoning premarital sex and illegimate biths.

My condone preversions by calling them alternative lifestyles.

We need to start calling a sin a sin.

WEST MONROE, La. (CBS Houston) — One “Duck Dynasty” star made his stance on gun control known in an interview with Men’s Journal.

“It ain’t gun control we need, it’s sin control,” Si Robertson said.

In a wide-ranging interview with Men’s Journal, the man known as Uncle Si described how he used to be a “sinner” during his younger days when he was drafted into the Army and heading off to Vietnam.

“I kept a fifth of whiskey in my pocket everywhere I went,” he said. “I tried dope one time, okay, like marijuana, but why would you smoke something that makes you feel 100 years old? So, drugs wasn’t it for me. In my mind, it was alcohol and whoring around.”

Robertson said he was worried about the pedestal the family has been put on since the reality show took off.

“Look, I worry that people put us on a pedestal now,” he told Men’s Journal. “We’re human beings. We make mistakes just like everybody else.”

Robertson rattled off a story about how two dozen people showed up on his property banging on his door.

“The other night, it’s 12:03 in the morning, and somebody is knocking on the door, and I’m like, ‘You’ve got to be kidding me,’ and I look outside and there’s 25 people standing in my yard,” he said. “You know, He’s the reason this show has gone on like it has, but I have to ask Him every day, ‘Give me strength to deal with this.’”

The Robertson family has stood up for gun rights before – Phil and Kay Robertson headlined a Friends of NRA event in Oklahoma earlier this month, according to The Enid News.

The Obama administration has been vigorously fighting for gun control since last December’s Sandy Hook Elementary School massacre in Newtown, Conn. where gunman Adam Lanza killed 26, including 20 children, before taking his own life.

The A&E reality show has been a ratings juggernaut as the Season 4 premiere was watched by 11.8 million viewers, making it the most-watched nonfiction series telecast in the history of cable television .

The Robertsons operate their multi-million dollar Duck Commander business from West Monroe, La.

NYPD: Dead Baby Found In Teen’s Bag Inside Manhattan Victoria’s Secret

One of the girls is a daughter of Obama and she bore

the dead baby.

Now I heard the baby the was asphyxiated.

If that is true she needs  asphyxiated also.

Police searched Rodriguez’s apartment Thursday night. They also were examining surveillance video from inside the store.

Neighbors and friends said they had no idea Rodriguez, who has a 2-year-old son, was pregnant. In recent photos posted online, Rodriguez’s pregnancy was not obvious. Late Wednesday night, she posted on her Facebook page complaining of cramps.

“I couldn’t really tell because she’s a little heavyset, so I wouldn’t know if she was pregnant, pregnant or that’s just her,” neighbor Ramon Acosta told Sanchez.

“I was in shock,” Acosta said of Thursday’s events. “I caught goosebumps and all that. It’s like, come on, that’s a young, innocent girl to my eyes.

Residents who live near the Victoria’s Secret told Sanchez they were also stunned by the news.

“It’s sad and it hurts because it’s still a life that was born, and now it’s gone,” said Esther Gross, of the Upper West Side.

Passersby on the busy corner asked others what the commotion was about, and some were shaken by the answer they received.

“Very devastating,” one woman told WCBS 880′s Alex Silverman. “I’m a mother of a 5-year-old. I wanted to cry. It’s very sad.”

“There’s no reason, there’s no logical explanation to carry around a fetus,” another woman said.
