RUSH: I want to see if I have something straight here, ladies and gentlemen.  We’re now being told that Hillary Clinton got pneumonia.  Hillary Clinton got pneumonia because a woman has to work harder than a man, because, as a woman, the playing field for her is unlevel.  Even, at this stage of her career, she’s the smartest woman in the world, she’s been secretary of state, she’s been first lady, she’s a defeated candidate the first time for the presidency.

But, even after a 30-year public career, we still have to be treated to Hillary Clinton as basically being cheated against because our culture is rigged, because our society is rigged, because she’s a woman, and, as such, it just isn’t fair. Despite all the progress, it doesn’t mean anything, because the decks are still stacked against Hillary Clinton.  And there are people out there saying she got pneumonia ’cause she’s working so hard.

Even General Powell in one of the emails talks about, my God, she’s working so hard. She’s working so hard she can barely climb the steps to the podium.  You know how General Powell defined working hard?  Going to three fundraisers in a day and having to fly to two of them.  She’s just burning at both ends. She’s gonna have to slow down.  But that’s why she’s getting pneumonia.

Now, folks, don’t laugh here.  I know it sounds humorous.  But this is what they’re trying to sell.  And it will sell to a certain segment of our population.  She got sick, she is sick because the nation is structured in an unfair way.  The nation is still sexist. The nation is still bigoted, the nation, our culture, our society is still biased.  And it doesn’t matter that she’s the smartest woman in the world. It doesn’t matter that she is more competent and more qualified than anybody who’s ever been president. It still isn’t fair, because she has to work so hard just to level the playing field, she’s making herself sick for all of us.

hillary-pnuemonia-1

She got pneumonia for all of us.  Well, now, wait a minute.  This doesn’t kind of wash for me because I remember the first WikiLeaks email dump.  And what was that about?  It’s about how the Democrat National Committee had basically rigged the whole outcome for her.  Remember that?  This led to Debbie “Blabbermouth” Schultz having to quit. In the middle of the convention she had to quit and head home back to Boca because it had been discovered that Democrat National Committee, as we told you, had structured the Democrat primary so that no matter what happened, Bernie Sanders wasn’t gonna win anything of consequence.

The whole thing was rigged, so how about that unlevel playing field there?  It sounds to me like if there was an unlevel playing field in the Democrat primaries, it was victimizing Crazy Bernie.  And it seems like the unlevel playing field existed and in fact was created to benefit Mrs. Clinton.

This is the line they’re trying to sell. It’s driving her to illness, and she’s doing it for us.  They want to change the world.  That’s the latest thing.  Why did the Clintons subject themselves to this torment?  Why do they subject themselves to the endless public flogging they get?  Why do they subject themselves to the allegations and the accusations they’re a bunch of cheaters and whatever else?  Because they want to change the world for us, and we simply don’t have what it takes to understand how much they love us and how much they care about us and how they are willing to get sick. They’re willing to contract diseases. They are willing to work harder than anybody’s ever had to work in order to make the world better for us.  That’s what they’re trying to sell.

o let’s see if that holds up.  Hillary Clinton has to work harder than Trump — he’s a man — she’s had to work harder than Trump because the deck’s stacked for Trump because Trump is a man.  Is that why she’s having so many fewer campaign events than Trump?  Is that what working harder than Trump means to level the playing field?  Is that why when she does show up at a campaign rally, her speeches are almost so short, if you blink you miss them?  Is this why she never does press conferences because she’s working so hard to level the playing field?

What is she doing?  What work is she doing that is so hard she’s getting pneumonia for us?  She doesn’t do campaign appearances very much.  When she does, she doesn’t speak much at them, and she certainly doesn’t do press conferences.  In fact, Mrs. Clinton, who’s working so hard that she contracted pneumonia for us, practically took the whole month of August off, except for a couple of fundraising dinners.  Man, I guess she’s run herself ragged trying to prove that she’s as tough and has the same stamina as the 70-year-old Donald Trump.

Even though she says, “I ain’t no ways tired,” apparently she very tired.  Apparently she willing to get tired and pneumonia for us because she wants to make the world a better place.  Now, the Drive-Bys don’t seem to have made much notice of this or mention of this.  Robby Mook, who is the Hillary campaign manager, I guess, he was talking with Jake Tapper on CNN.  He said that Hillary’s doctor did not catch up with her until she got home to Chappaqua on Sunday after she had that event.  She’d left the 9/11 memorial, she’s standing out there waiting for the exit vans to arrive, the vans pull up, and you’ve all seen the video now, she barely made it. They had to shove her in there.

She practically collapsed. She looked like she was having a seizure.  We made note yesterday they made an active decision not to take her to the hospital. They didn’t take her to the ER because they don’t trust the doctors there. They don’t trust doctors they don’t know.  So they willingly subordinated her health to privacy.  And then we have Clinton saying (imitating Clinton), “She falls on her face all the time out there.  It’s not a big deal.  She does it frequently — I mean infrequent — uh, well, reason why they did that ’cause we see it, you know, bunch times a week, no big deal, trust me.”  But everybody else is scratching their heads.  This is a serious, serious episode. You would think you’d go to the hospital. The doctors all think you’d go to the hospital.

Well, the screen savers just came on on the TV. We got these idiot TVs here!  I’m about ready to mention a brand name.  Why are they going into screen saver?  We turned the screen saver off.  (I’ve not lost my place here.)  So she didn’t see the doctor ’til they got home to Chappaqua.  She spent whatever was it — an hour and a half — at her daughter’s emergency room and apparently revived fully, completely, in an hour and a half in there from dehydration and whatever it was that she had.

hillarychelsea-s-er-b

Whatever was done to revive her at Chelsea’s ER is gotta be some kind of magic, because she didn’t see a doctor ’til they got back to Chappaqua.  So here come the various mechanisms the media is using to cover for whatever obviously is a serious problem, and now the new twist:  She’s working so hard because she has to because it’s so unfair because America’s so sexist and the playing field is so un-level that she has to do twice the work of a guy just to stay even!

And it’s driving her to pneumonia and who knows whatever other kind of illness, and she’s doing it for us.  Now, there is a story here. Where does this run?  This runs in the… This is TheHill.com, and I want to read to you the headline here: “Democrat Apologizes for Remarks about Clinton and Sex.”  It wasn’t long ago that I would have seen this headline and read this story and concluded that this is just hilarious, and I would have been thinking of various ways to have fun with this.

To poke fun, to be creatively hilarious with this and have people say, “Wow, this Limbaugh guy is really, really sharp.”  But I look at it a different way now.  Let me give you the details in this story.  “Former Rep. Joe Garcia (Democrat-Florida) apologized [yesterday] for ‘poorly worded’ comments he made over the weekend, when he said … Hillary Clinton ‘is under no illusions that you want to have sex with her.'” So here we have another sensitive Democrat.

Another very much in support of women’s rights and women’s equality, very much opposed to the bigotry and sexism that supposedly exists in America. Here’s a former Democrat representative essentially saying, “Heh, Hillary?  Don’t worry; she knows there not a soul in the world wants to have sex with her,” and so he has apologized.  He said, “My comments were intended…” Get this, now. “My comments were intended to speak to Secretary Clinton’s relentless focus on getting the job done…”

hillarypneumonia

Yes.  Nobody wants to have sex with her, and she knows it, because she’s working so hard, it repels any Don Juans out there.  Don Juans don’t want women that work real hard.  No way!  Don Juans are not interested in hardworking, achieved, accomplished women, and that’s what he’s trying to say.  But he didn’t say that.  He said Hillary Clinton’s under no illusion you want to have sex with her.  What in the world would prompt that?

He said, “My comments were intended to speak to Secretary Clinton’s relentless focus on getting the job done, despite the unjust gender stereotypes and biases women in public life are frequently subjected to.” Now, as I say, it wasn’t that long ago we’d be yukking it up, and I imagine some of you are.  I imagine some of you are imagining, if you were sitting where I’m sitting, some of the things you’d say or do. But how old is Hillary, 70? She’s 69.  I have to think that this is probably one of the scariest…

I mean, I would bet you if she heard this, it probably made her mad, but I’ll bet it really hurt her feelings.  Nobody wants to think that this is how people see ’em.  Now, look, we have the ugly and the ugly know who they are.  But even them, even they, they don’t consider themselves shut out in this area.  And they’ve demonstrated that they’re not shut out; they all have kids.  But the idea… You know, it’s like a woman said to me recently who just turned 50, and she was…

You would consider she was a looker.  She was a head turner.  She knew it.  But when she turned 50, she said, “You know, nobody notices anymore. Nobody cares.”  It’s as though they know I turned 50.  My point is that this is a really cutting comment.  This is the kind of thing that a woman Hillary Clinton’s age — probably men, too. This is one of the biggest fears they have about growing old.  The libido doesn’t suffer.  I mean, you young people, you people out there 25 and 30? You’re thinking that when you’re 65 or 70 you’re not gonna have any interest whatsoever? You have no idea.

It’s not gonna change, Millennials.  It isn’t gonna change an iota.  In fact, it’s gonna get worse because the older you get, the more accomplished you actually think you are, the more attractive you think you are. But this kind of thing with women, this is real… My point is, this is really unkind.  This is really insulting.  And this is the kind of thing, if a lot of women hear of this guy’s comment, they’re gonna really… Even though he’s a liberal Democrat, supposedly sensitive and so forth, you can’t win going to that — even though, in this case, it’s no doubt true.

The Russians would never dared to with Ronald Reagan was president.

When Reagan spoke our enemies pissed on themselves with fear.

When Bathhouse Barry speaks our enemies piss on themselves with laughter.

This has to stop and I say Donald Trump is the man to make it happen.

Hillary would use the reset button.

Hillary Clinton Refuses Mexican President’s Invitation

H/T Breitbart.

The foreign policy failures and disasters are Hillary Clinton and Barack Hessian Obama.

Why is Hillary afraid to meet with Mexican President Enrique Peña Nieto?

Mexican President Enrique Peña Nieto extended invitations to both major party presidential candidates Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump, but where Trump took the meeting, Clinton is now refusing to accept the neighboring president’s invitation.

“No” said former Secretary of State Clinton, she will not accept Peña Nieto’s invitation to meet before November’s presidential election. Clinton made the statement during an interview with ABC’s David Muir as she attempted to devalue Trump’s meeting with Mexico’s President. She called the trip “unfortunate.”

Republican nominee Donald Trump met with Peña Nieto just last week. Following their meeting the two held a joint press conference where the two recounted and answered questions about their meeting. The two expressed agreement over a country’s right to protect its own borders. Trump has made a repeated pledge to secure the United States’ southern border with Mexico.

Peña Nieto said at the joint press conference, through a translator:

So I had a very open and constructive discussion with Mr. Donald Trump. The objective of this meeting was to meet each other and to know about the bilateral relations.

The border must transform itself in (ph) an asset for our region. We have great advances in the last few years, working very closely with the Obama administration. And with the next administration, we must accelerate these efforts so that the Mexican/United States border is more efficient and safe.

Trump sured up his border security pledge later that same day in his highly anticipated immigration speech given at a rally in Phoenix, Arizona.

Clinton further tried in the Muir interview to downplay Trump’s meeting with the Mexican President, claiming it created a “diplomatic incident.” Clinton’s running mate Sen. Tim Kaine tried to accuse Trump of caving to U.S. ally Peña Nieto.

During the joint Peña Nieto-Trump press conference, Trump stated, “We didn’t discuss who pays for the wall, we didn’t discuss.” Before Trump’s immigration speech that same day Peña Nieto took to Twitter to state that Mexico would not pay for the wall and that he had told Trump as much.

Trump continues to affirm however, as he did at the Wednesday evening rally in Phoenix, that “Mexico will pay for the wall. 100%. They don’t know it yet, but they’re going to pay for the wall.”

Former Secretary of State Clinton last met with Peña Nieto in 2014 according to Fox News Latino. Forbes made note of the meeting that Clinton took at an event Mexican tycoonCarlos Slim Helú invited Clinton, Peña Nieto, and a handful of others to speak at in Mexico City. Facebook Chief Executive Mark Zuckerberg was also listed among those speaking. The annual event hosted about 10,000 Telmex scholarship recipients. Forbes reported that Telmex’s owner Slim was the world’s richest man and Telmex was Mexico’s “biggest Internet and mobile service provider” at that time.

The Forbes report went on to discuss the cozy relationship between the Clintons and Slim. Forbes reported, “Slim has made significant donnations (sic) to the Bill, Hillary and Chelsea Clinton Foundation. In 2012, when Clinton was Secretary of State, she invited Slim to the State Department to discuss his work on broadband and digital development. Also in 2012, the former President awarded Slim the Clinton Global Citizen Awards for his leadership in philanthropy during the Clinton Global Initiative’s annual conference in New York.”

Breitbart News previously reported of the relationship between Hillary Clinton, mega-billionaire Carlos Slim, Telmex and the Clinton Foundation, “The Telmex Foundation, founded by Mexican billionaire Carlos Slim, provided between $250,000 and $500,000 for a speech by Hillary Clinton.”

Trump foes miss the mark on Clinton’s Second Amendment stand

H/T Fox News Opinion.

No Media Bias to be seen, just move along.

Donald Trump keeps saying that Hillary Clinton wants to “essentially abolish the Second Amendment.”  But the media fact checkers are having none of it. Last week, CNN called his accusation “persistent” and “false.” At the same time, a Washington Post editorial also called the claim “absurd.”

n his analysis for CNN, Eric Bradner acknowledges Clinton’s support for many different types of gun control — a 25 percent tax on handguns, an assault weapons ban, repeal of laws allowing permitted concealed handguns, and background checks on the private transfer of guns. Clinton also has supported increased fees and a variety of regulations that her husband imposed. Thanks to Bill Clinton’s regulations, the number of licensed firearms dealers from 248,155 in 1992 to 67,479 in 2000 — a 73 percent reduction.

The media picks and chooses when to take Clinton at her word.  CNN pointed to a recent Fox News Sunday appearance where Hillary Clinton claimed:  “I’m not looking to repeal the Second Amendment. I’m not looking to take people’s guns away.”  The Washington Post noted a statement from her campaign website about how “gun ownership is part of the fabric of many law-abiding communities.”

But in June, ABC’s George Stephanopoulos pushed Clinton twice on whether people have a right to own guns. “But that’s not what I asked.  I said do you believe that their conclusion that an individual’s right to bear arms is a constitutional right?”  Clinton could only say: “If it is a constitutional right . . . .”

Similarly, in New York City in the fall, she told donors: “The Supreme Court is wrong on the Second Amendment, and I am going to make that case every chance that I get.” In Maryland in April, Chelsea Clinton promised that her mom would appoint to the Supreme Court justices who would overturn past decisions that struck down gun-control measures.  But the only laws that the Supreme Court evaluated were complete gun bans and a law that made it a crime to use a gun.

Washington, D.C., had a complete handgun ban in place until 2008. It was also a felony, punishable by five years in prison, to put a bullet in the chamber of a gun. This amounted to a complete gun ban on using guns for self-defense. The U.S. Supreme Court’s ruling in District of Columbia v. Heller struck down that ban.

Clinton told Stephanopoulos her opinion of this ruling: “I think that for most of our history, there was a nuanced reading of the Second Amendment until the decision by the late Justice Scalia.” She continued, “There was no argument until then that localities and states and the federal government had a right, as we do with every amendment, to impose reasonable regulation.”

Clinton went on to talk about her push for expanded background checks, an issue that was irrelevant to Scalia’s decision in Heller. Instead, the question is why was D.C.’s local gun ban a “reasonable regulation.” Why should people be imprisoned for five years for defending their families?

In McDonald v. City of Chicago (2010), Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyerwrote in his dissent: “I can find nothing in the Second Amendment’s text, history, or underlying rationale that could warrant characterizing it as ‘fundamental’ insofar as it seeks to protect the keeping and bearing of arms for private self-defense purposes.” Ruth Bader Ginsburg and Sonia Sotomayor signed on to Breyer’s opinion.

Breyer and Ginsburg were both appointed by President Bill Clinton. Sotomayor was Obama’s first nominee to the Supreme Court. Obama’s second nominee, Elana Kagan, would clearly have voted the same way had she been on the court at the time of McDonald.  Indeed, Kagan served in Bill Clinton’s administration and helped lead the President’s gun control initiatives.

The Washington Post dismisses all this talk about the Supreme Court by saying that appointing Justices to the court “would not be anything like abolishing an amendment, which no court can do.”  And it is true that the court can’t simply remove the amendment from the Constitution. But the media is appearing to be deliberately obtuse.  If the court reverses Heller and McDonald and changes its interpretation of the Second Amendment as Hillary promises, what will really be left of the Second Amendment?

The media might not like to admit it, but The War on Guns is real. If Hillary wins in November, she will appoint Scalia’s successor and the Supreme Court will overturn the Heller and McDonald decisions.  Make no mistake about it, the government will again be able to ban guns. Her claim that she isn’t “looking to take people’s guns away” is not consistent with her promise to overturn existing Supreme Court decisions.

Flashback 2008: Hillary Clinton Hoped for Barack Obama’s Assassination

H/T Rush Limbaugh.com.

I remember Hillary making these comments.

I was under the impression that Hillary was calling on someone to assassinate Barack Obama.

She was openly calling for Obama’s assassination and silence from the media.

But Donald Trump was saying what the Founding Fathers said about dealing with a tyrannical federal government and the media went nuts.

BEGIN TRANSCRIPT

RUSH:  Okay.  Here’s why you didn’t know about Hillary Clinton back in 2008, ’cause it comes from an interview that she did with the Sioux Falls Argus Leader editorial board. She did an interview with the editors of that newspaper, and they had tape running, and this is what she said.  This is May 23rd of 2008.

HILLARY:  Between my opponent and some in the media, uhhh, there has been this urgency to end this.  You know, my husband did not wrap up the nomination in 1992 until he won the California primary somewhere in the middle of the June.  We all remember Bobby Kennedy was assassinated in June in California.  I don’t understand it.

RUSH:  What do you think that’s a reference to?  They’re urging her to get out of the race, and Obama’s got an insurmountable lead, and she says, “No, Bobby Kennedy was assassinated in June, and it’s not even June yet! It’s May here.  So somebody may be assassinated in June.  So I’m staying in!”  I mean, folks, what Trump said yesterday doesn’t even compare, and I doubt that hardly anybody’s aware that Hillary even said this back in 2008.  We played the audio; that’s why we got the clip.  And, by the way, here’s one more from Vice President Bite Me.  September 20th of 2008 — this is before the election — he’s out there in Castlewood, Virginia, at a campaign event and, as part of his remarks, Vice President Bite Me blurted out this…

BIDEN: I guarantee ya, Barack Obama ain’t taking my shotguns! So don’t buy that malarkey! Don’t buy that malarkey!

AUDIENCE: (smattering of applause)

BIDEN: They’re gonna start peddlin’ that to ya! I got two! If he tries to fool with my Beretta, he’s got a problem.

RUSH:  Okay, now, what is that?  Well, all that is is a Second Amendment guy.  He might have been impersonating one but that’s a Second Amendment guy saying, “You’re not taking my guns, dude!”  That’s what Donald Trump said when he starts talking about, “The Second Amendment people might have…” “You’re not taking my guns.  No matter who you appoint to the court, you’re not taking my guns,” is all it means, pure and simple. If everybody could just take a breath here and let’s get back to who’s really doing damage to our country.

BREAK TRANSCRIPT

RUSH: I want to listen to these two bites again without the pressure of time.  Hillary Clinton, this bite that you heard and you’re going to hear again, Drudge posted it back in 2008.  It went viral on some conservative sites.  The Drive-By Media totally ignored it.  Hillary Clinton’s comment about (paraphrasing), “No, I can’t get out of the race yet.  Don’t forget Bobby Kennedy was assassinated in June, the year he ran.”

The New York Times, the Washington Post, none of them, none of them carried it, ran it, none of them were interested in this at all.  It remained an alternative media phenomenon.  And again it’s Hillary Clinton in May of 2008 in an editorial board meeting with the Sioux Falls Argus Leader.

HILLARY:  Between my opponent and some in the media, uhhh, there has been this urgency to end this.  Y’know, my husband did not wrap up the nomination in 1992 until he won the California primary somewhere in the middle of the June.  We all remember Bobby Kennedy was assassinated in June in California.  I don’t understand it.HillaryObama_large

RUSH: (imitating Hillary) “I don’t understand why people are telling me to quit. It isn’t over yet.  My husband didn’t win ’til June, it’s only May now. And Bobby Kennedy got assassinated in June, and it’s only May now. So why are you telling me to quit?”

Now, here’s a Bite Me.  Now, this was September of 2008, a little under two months to go before the election. And when you listen to this, the context is that Biden is attempting to say that all of these gun nuts who think Obama wants to take their guns away from ’em are just crazy.  These gun nuts, these NRA types, these Second Amendment goombahs, they’re just a bunch of paranoiacs.  ‘Cause that’s not what Obama wants to do.

This is Biden’s unique way.  I mean, here’s a guy that never makes a gaffe, right?  (imitating Biden) “Hey, Chuck, stand up, Chuck. Let ’em see ya.” Chuck’s in a wheelchair when Biden asked him to stand up.  This is Mr. Walking gaffe, and whenever he commits one, “Ah, that’s just old Joe, ho-ho.”  When Joe commits plagiarism, “Hey, that’s just Joe. He’s just trying to help people.”  So here’s Biden, and he’s actually trying to get through to gun aficionados that Obama has no designs to take away their guns.

BIDEN: I guarantee ya, Barack Obama ain’t taking my shotguns! So don’t buy that malarkey! Don’t buy that malarkey!   BidenSunglasses_large

AUDIENCE: (smattering of applause)

BIDEN: They’re gonna start peddlin’ that to ya! I got two! If he tries to fool with my Beretta, he’s got a problem.

RUSH: So he’s even alluding to the fact that if Barack Obama comes for his guns, his Beretta is coming out.  So who’s Biden talking about shooting here?  So you got Biden and you’ve got Hillary both talking about actually shooting somebody, or somebody being shot with guns, something that Trump did not do.

And yet you don’t know that those two things happened.  Many of you are probably hearing them for the first time.

BREAK TRANSCRIPT

RUSH:  We forced them into it.  CNN is now playing the video of Clinton before the Sioux Falls newspaper editorial board where she said (summarized), “No, no! I can’t drop out of the race now.  Don’t forget, Bobby Kennedy was assassinated in June.  It’s only May.  This race isn’t over.”  We have forced that one into the public domain.  I guarantee you that wasn’t out there.  That wasn’t why.  The Drive-By Media didn’t give that one any attention all back in 2008.

And there’s one more thing about this, folks.  And remember, when it comes… I don’t want anybody to be under a misunderstanding.  Donald Trump never even said the word “assassination.”  That was the word used by Hillary Clinton in 2008, which CNN is calling a gaffe. (impression) “But Trump meant it! Yeah, Trump, he meant it.”  With Hillary, “It was a gaffe!  We all know Hillary Clinton, and we all know Hillary Clinton didn’t really mean what she said.”  Yeah, right.  Double standards.

But my point in all this has been that everybody knows the Democrats from Barack Obama on down want to take guns away from people, and they want to do away with the Second Amendment.  That’s not even arguable.  They’ve said it over and over.  Now, they’ll deny it when a debate like this pops up.  “Oh, we have no intention of that! Oh, no, no. We love hunting,” they’ll say, or some such cockamamie excuse.  But I just want to remind you of this.

Hillary Clinton has said numerous times in this campaign, “If Congress doesn’t act to end the plague of gun violence in America,” that she will do so by executive action.  Now, what is she going to do?  What is Congress gonna do?  We already have laws on the books defining various crimes and spelling out the punishment for them.  What else are they gonna do?  What is she talking about?  “If Congress doesn’t act to end,” this is a quote, “the plague of gun violence in America…” Well, what are they gonna do?

What’s Congress gonna do to end it? Are they gonna issue a proclamation, “We, the 98th Congress of whatever and whatever and say whoever and why ever, hereby proclaim the plague of gun violence in America shall end!” (clapping) “Yaaaaay, gun violence is over!” Just the same way you dealt with the deficit, right? (clapping)  “Yay, gun violence is over!”  So what’s that gonna do?  Zip, zero, nada.

Then Hillary says if they won’t do it, she will, by executive action.  If that is not a target of the Second Amendment, I don’t know what it is.  So don’t anybody be fooled here as to who has really got some explaining to do, and it isn’t Donald Trump.

Jeb Bush Joins Hillary Clinton And Betrays Republicans With Shocking Statement

H/T American Patriot Daily.

Little Jebbie Bush like Little Teddy Cruz have torpedoed their political futures.

jeb_hillary-1024x576

During the Democrat National Convention, the Khan family took to the stage to give a speech about their son who had died while serving in Iraq.

The father of the fallen soldier, Khizr Khan, spoke to the audience and used his podium to launch a harsh attack against Donald Trump’s ban on unvetted Muslims migrating to the United States from terrorist-infested countries.

He made an argument that Trump’s policy would have prevented his son from fighting to defend America.

Trump rightfully hit back at the man for attacking him personally.

He even hinted that Khizr’s wife, Ghazala Khan, wasn’t allowed to speak during the event.

Ghazala later explained she didn’t talk because she was grieving.

Of course, the liberal mainstream media quickly pounced and piled on — attacking Trump’s comments, trying to write the narrative that Trump had no right to defend himself.

Hillary Clinton’s campaign also joined her allies in the mainstream media, launching an all-out smear campaign against Trump.

Some members of the Republican party have come to Trump’s defense, such as Senator Jeff Sessions, who attempted to clarify Trump’s remarks and policy during the midst of the media onslaught.

But other establishment members of the Republican party have either gone silent or joined forces with Hillary’s attack-dogs in the press.

Former Republican presidential candidate, Jeb Bush, who dropped out of the Republican primary election after suffering a devastating loss to Trump, decided to side with Hillary Clinton and use her attacks against Trump as well.

The ex-Florida governor tweeted, “This is so incredibly disrespectful of a family that endured the ultimate sacrifice for our country,” which linked a story written by the liberal New York Times.

Of course, Jeb Bush’s comments aren’t surprising, as he has refused to endorse Trump’s campaign — breaking his own pledge to Republican voters that he’d back the Republican nominee.

The liberal mainstream media has twisted Trump’s comments as an attack on the Khan family, instead of acknowledging the fact that Mr. Khan willfully entered the political arena at the DNC and specifically targeted Trump with harsh attacks.

The media’s distortion of events proves how they have worked to undermine the Trump campaign and prop-up Hillary Clinton in this hotly contested election.

Not surprisingly, Jeb Bush has betrayed the Republican party and is actively helping Hillary Clinton’s campaign with his attack on Donald Trump.

In a statement released by the Trump campaign, Donald Trump called Humayun Khan, the fallen soldier and son of the Khan family, a “hero” for serving his country.

The mainstream media has neglected to report on Trump’s show of respect for Humayun just as much as they’ve focused on misconstruing the spat between Mr. Khan and the Trump campaign.

Khizr Khan has hit back at Trump following his statement, accusing Trump of having “a black soul” and being “a person without a soul.”

Needless to say, when you enter the arena of presidential politics and launch attacks against one candidate to help the other, you shouldn’t be surprised if you’re also attacked.

It’s the name of the game.

Someone ought to explain that to the Khan family and the mainstream media.

But it’s highly doubtful they would care and it’s probably safe to say they know exactly what they’re doing.

Pat Caddell on ‘Cooked’ Reuters Poll: ‘Never in My Life Have I Seen a News Organization Do Something So Dishonest’

On Sunday’s Breitbart News Daily with SiriusXM host Alex Marlow, political strategist Pat Caddell outlined his charge that Reuters tampered with its own daily tracking poll to manufacture a sudden surge for Hillary Clinton.

“They not only changed their formula, to put Hillary ahead. They went back and changed the results, for a week of results where Trump was ahead, and then they turned those into Hillary leads,” said Caddell. “They also erased all the former polling off the site. They didn’t tweak their procedure – they cooked it.”

“Never in my life have I seen a news organization, and a supposedly reputable poll, do something so dishonest,” Caddell continued. “What they have done is, they decided the people who said, ‘oh, I’m never for someone’ – oh, those must be Hillary votes. They used to be Trump voters.”

“They made a switch, as much as nine points, in their results from the beginning of last week, the 25th and 26th. It is, beyond doubt, the most outrageous thing,” he declared, noting that results in three- and four-way polls that include independent candidates Gary Johnson and Jill Stein were also skewed.

“This is what the media is willing to do, to try to elect her,” Caddell said. “This poll is nothing but a part of a media offensive. In the 45 years since I was a child, in top-level presidential campaigns, I have never seen the media on such a jihad, and so involved in hiding facts, and not following up. This is a crisis of democracy, what the press is now doing.”

He noted that Hillary Clinton made “big news” on Fox News Sunday when she claimed the FBI found her responses to questions about her secret email server to be honest and consistent, when in fact FBI Director James Comey said the opposite, when he declined to refer charges against her to prosecutors.

“That is language from another planet,” Caddell declared. “This woman, to make that assertion after all the proven lies, should be a big story, but it will not be.” He also noted the contrast between how Donald Trump’s appearance on ABC News over the weekend was immediately followed by a round-table of commentators attacking him, but Fox News staged no such ambush of Clinton.

Caddell furthermore dismissed Trump’s ABC News interviewer George Stephanopoulos as “a former Democratic operative, a Clinton contributor, and an absolute fraud as a newsperson.”

“It is unbelievable what he did. He interviewed Trump, and basically then had the Khan family – the Muslim mother and father of the soldier who was killed – and General Allen on to attack Trump after the interview. He showed them the interview and then let attack him, and then loaded a panel with people who are so negative,” Caddell complained.

He found the media far less willing to say anything about the “pall of corruption” hanging over the Democratic convention, or the Democrats’ reluctance to say a word about the issue, knowing how much it hurts Clinton.

“Not once, not once, was there a mention of the Clinton Foundation by Hillary, or Bill, or anybody, about what great work they do, because they dare not even raise it,” he observed. “Nobody said anything. The press, which have universally assaulted Trump, who got a big boost out of his speech – who won the speech by the way, of best speeches, beats her, and the press praises her, and they’re laying down, and this is ‘Reaganesque’ – this is about as Reaganesque as John Kerry in 2004, going up to the podium after all the admirals and generals surrounding him, and saying ‘I’m reporting for duty,’” he said. “I mean, that went over like a lead balloon.”

“My party never learns that you cannot just hoodwink the people,” said Caddell, a lifelong Democrat.

“Patty Smith, the mother of Sean Smith that was killed, who gave a very emotional speech at the Republican Convention – notice that she wasn’t interviewed by any of the Sunday shows. She wasn’t put on any of the networks. And she wasn’t on the front page of the New York Times,” he pointed out. “And that was about her son being killed because Hillary Clinton had directly lied about it.”

“The Trump campaign, and your listeners, and this election, understand – this democracy is under assault by a press, who I, in 45 years, have never seen so biased, and so on a jihad against one candidate,” Caddell declared.

He castigated Hillary Clinton’s rival Bernie Sanders for “taking a dive” in the Democratic primary.

“He deserted his movement,” said Caddell. “Could you imagine if he, on Monday, had said, ‘I told you this system was rigged. Deborah Wasserman Schultz, the DNC, it’s all there, the facts?’”

While Sanders backed away from making such an explosive charge on the first night of the Democratic National Convention, Caddell said the media was busy trying to reframe the issue as a story about Russian hacking, to distract voters from what the exposed DNC emails actually said about a rigged primary.

“The point is that Bernie Sanders could have gone out to his people – let me just give you this scenario. If he had gone out, and said to his supporters and delegates, ‘I’m withdrawing my endorsement of Hillary Clinton for now, I’m asking every delegate at this convention now to vote their conscience,’ he would have blown the convention up. He’d have blown politics in the country up. And there would have been 50,000 Sanders people surrounding that arena,” Caddell said.

“But that is one sold-out man, by the way,” he said of Sanders. “And at 74, you would think he didn’t have to do that.”

Caddell asserted that too many leading figures in the Democratic Party were more concerned with securing their positions, even in the twilight of their political careers, than standing on principle. He thought it should have been a big story that Senate Minority Leader Harry Reid and other Democrat leaders pressured Sanders into taking it easy on Clinton, furious that he would run against her at all.

“His supporters knew nothing about being sold out by Bernie Sanders, which is what they were,” said a furious Caddell. “They’re not going to get anything done with super-delegates. It is the same bait-and-switch the party has had to maintain power.”

“It’s not just the Democrats – remember what’s happening in Washington, the coalition against Trump, who stands almost alone, is also filled with these Bush-type Republicans, and establishment Republicans, who view him as a real threat to their ability to hold on to their party, and their own niche in this corrupt system,” he added.

Caddell charged that if the media had treated the DNC leaks as more than a two-day story, and done a bit more digging, they would have found “Bernie Sanders won Iowa, and they’re hiding the results.” He noted he was among the first, and most forceful, analysts to allege that the Iowa caucus results were rigged to make Hillary Clinton look like the winner by a hair, because even a razor-thin Sanders victory would have thrown the Democratic primary into chaos.

“You let yourself get raped like this,” Caddell said to Sanders. “Don’t tell me when you could fight back, and you don’t, that it’s okay.”

Looking ahead, he predicted that Trump would win over voters by continuing to attack media bias and a rigged political system. Caddell actually deployed some harsher language than Trump has to date, which is not an easy bar to clear.

“Reporters are like cockroaches,” he said. “I hate to say this to reporters, but anyway, you flip on a light in a New York apartment, and cockroaches run everywhere. That’s what happens when you start shining a light on the media for what they refuse to tell people. And the greatest crime is not that they’re saying you must vote against Donald Trump, that he’s evil. The greatest crime is that they are hiding facts from the American people, to fit their narrative. They are making themselves, as I’ve said before, the enemies of the American people.”

“The American people don’t think much of them now, and won’t think much of them,” he predicted. “But you cannot let them get away with this, the way people like Romney and others roll over and take a beating, because their consultants want to make sure they preserve their relationships in Washington with the political media.”

Caddell found encouraging signs that “the American people are clued in” about media corruption, citing research conducted by his colleague, Democratic pollster Doug Schoen, that the momentum of the 2016 race favors Trump, in part because of deep alienation against the existing political system, across the political spectrum.

“This election, right now, it’s hanging in the balance. Trump is the independent variable. If he can learn to hit big ground, and understand they’re going to go after him on everything, and discipline himself, he is the man to beat in this election,” Caddell declared, adding that Clinton “doesn’t have anywhere to go in this election, unless Trump blows himself up.”

Breitbart News Sunday airs from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. Eastern time on Sirius XM Patriot Channel 125.

BREAKING: Real Identity Exposed of “Military Mom” Who Demanded Pence Disown Trump

H/T Conservative Tribune.

Another DemocRat stooge.

Every second day, it seems, the media adopt some new minor figure who has lashed out at Donald Trump and running mate Mike Pence. The latest one of these is Catherine Byrne, a military mother who confronted Gov. Pence during a rally in Carson City, Nevada, over the Republican nominee’s rebuttal to Gold Star father Khizr Khan.

“Time and time again, Trump has disrespected our nation’s armed forces and veterans and his disrespect for Mr. Khan and his family is just an example of that,” she said at the rally, calling on Pence to disavow Trump.

“Will there ever be a point in time when you’ll be able to look Trump in the eye and tell him, ‘enough is enough?’” Byrne said over a cascade of boos.

While the liberal media fawned over Byrne and barely acknowledged Pence’s reply, many people noticed something odd about Byrne — namely, her stilted, robotic, rehearsed delivery.

As it turns out, Byrne was likely just another liberal plant. Here’s a picture from her Facebook page, via The Gateway Pundit:

‘Neo-McCarthyite’: Princeton’s Top Dog On Russia Calls Clinton Out For Trump ‘Smears’

H/T The Daily Caller.

I am shocked Princeton called Hillary out on her smearing of Donald Trump.

The U.S. and Russia are engaged in a ‘new Cold War’ and Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton, in conjunction with much of the U.S. media, are actively misinterpreting Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump’s view on the escalating situation, according to one of America’s top experts on Russia.

“That reckless branding of Trump as a Russian agent, most of it is coming from the Clinton campaign,” said Stephen F. Cohen, professor emeritus of Russian studies at NYU and Princeton, on CNN’s Smerconish Saturday.

Cohen alleged that the Clinton campaign is intentionally misinterpreting Trump’s views on U.S. policy towards Russia in an attempt to brand him as a Russian “Manchurian Candidate.” Trump has argued that as president he would seek a easing of hostilities with Russia, as opposed to Clinton who would escalate tensions with an already aggressive Russian President Vladimir Putin. He has even gone as far as to suggest that he would consider allowing Crimea, which was forcibly and illegally seized by Russia in 2014, to remain under Putin’s control.

“I’m going to take a look at it,” Trump told CNN’s George Stephanopoulos during an interview Sunday. “But you know, the people of Crimea, from what I’ve heard, would rather be with Russia than where they were. And you have to look at that, also … just so you understand, that was done under Obama’s administration.”

Cohen has been referred to by Newsday columnist Cathy Young as Putin’s “best friend” in U.S. media. Cohen was also a “long-time friend” of Mikhail Gorbachev, the Soviet Union’s last leader, and is married to Katrina vanden Heuvel, part owner of The Nation magazine and noted Kremlin ally in the West. In his own work, Cohen has certainly developed a reputation for reframing what appears to other experts as Kremlin aggression.

Cohen claimed that Trump is simply offering a differing point of view on the U.S. relationship with Russia, one that stands in stark contrast with that he says is the aggressive status quo.

“We’re approaching a Cuban Missile Crisis level nuclear confrontation with Russia,” he noted. “And there is absolutely no discussion, no debate, about this in the American media.”

Cohen cited Trump’s comments questioning what NATO’s mission is post-Soviet Union as an example of Clinton’s supposed smear campaign.

“That’s a legitimate question — but we don’t debate it. We don’t ask it. We just say, oh, Trump wants to abandon NATO,” said Cohen.

Trump has argued that NATO member countries are not paying their fair share regarding military spending, and are instead unfairly relying on U.S. military capability to protect them. According to the most recent NATO statistics, only five of the 28 full NATO members will meet the required two percent of GDP spending on defense in 2016. The U.S. currently spends around 3.62 percent of GDP on defense, the next highest spender being Greece, which spends around 2.46 percent.

“Vladimir Putin wants to end the ‘New Cold War — and so do I,” said Cohen at the beginning of the interview.

Since the start of the Syrian civil war — arguably the closest the US has been in direct proxy war with Russia in decades — Putin has illegally annexed Crimea, continues to breach Ukrainian sovereignty by supporting Russian insurgents, fosters anti-American sentiment across Europe and has made thinly-veiled threats to use nuclear weapons in potential conflicts with NATO. Russia has also markedly increased harassment of U.S and NATO military aircraft and ships across various theaters.

Nevertheless, the Princeton professor asserted, “That Putin wants to end the independence in Baltic states. There is no evidence for that. None whatsoever,” said Cohen. U.S. national security experts widely disagree, citing the Baltics as a top Kremlin priority and potential future target.

Estonia was memorably the victim of a destructive series of cyber attacks in April 2007 that effectively shut down websites belonging to the Estonian parliament, banks, ministries, and media outlets. The attack came shortly after a disagreement with Russia regarding the relocation of a Soviet-era statue located in the Estonian capital of Tallinn.

Russia never admitted to being responsible for the attacks, but the high level of sophistication led the Estonian government to conclude that Russia must have at least had a supporting role.

“I don’t defend Trump,” said Cohen, concluding his interview. “Trump raises questions. And instead of giving answer to the substance of the question, we denounce him as some kind of Kremlin agent.”

Trump Hijacks the Democrat Convention –

Donald Trump is getting his point across.

RUSH:  I really don’t believe that I have ever seen what I just saw.  I’ve been thinking.  I’ve been trying to dig deep into the dark crevices of my memory, and I don’t think I’ve ever seen what I just saw.  Donald Trump just hijacked the Democrat convention after the biggest night of that convention so far… He just concluded a freewheeling, no-holds-barred, no-controls-on-the-media, “Whatever you want to ask me, ask me,” press conference the day after the supposedly biggest event yet in the Democrat National Convention. He just totally hijacked it, and he was brilliant.
