FBI recommends no charges against Clinton in email probe

I dare anyone to tell me the fix wasn’t in when “Don” Bill Clinton of the Clinton Crime Family and Loretta Lynch met.

Their meeting just sealed the deal.

But Comey scolds Clinton and her aides for ‘extremely careless’ handling of highly classified information.

We’re Being Played by the Clinton’s

Rush has made some great points about how time after time when it seemed one of the Clinton’s would be in jail then they skate.

The DemocRats circle the wagons and rescue them and they will do the same thing to protect the first black president.

RUSH: Folks, I’m gonna tell you what I think is actually going on here.  I think we are being played in the standard, common, everyday way the Clinton team plays the American people.  It has happened, I can’t count the number of times, dating back to when Bill Clinton was in the White House. Essentially what this is — and the Lynch-Clinton meeting is the latest ingredient — we’re being set up for massive disappointment, depression, and dispiritedness… When she skates, they want you depressed, they want you down in the dumps, they want you giving up, they want you thinking there’s no way you can win.  They want you thinking they can get away with everything.  That’s the Clinton MO, and we are right smack-dab in the middle of another such play. Don’t doubt me.

Irish Pastor Prosecuted for Preaching Truth

This is from Freedom Force.

This will be happening in America thanks to Barack Hussein Obama and Loretta Lynch.

We all knew this day would come, but we never thought it would be so soon. For Christians, there has always been places that it was unlawful to preach the truth. Hundreds of years ago the British Iles was such a place. But in recent history along with America, Britain was considered a place of free expression. Thanks to political correctness those days are coming to a close.

Christian News reports

A pastor in Northern Ireland who was prosecuted with a hate crime for denouncing the Islamic religion during a Sunday sermon last year appeared in court this week as his criminal trial moved forward.

As I previously reported, Pastor James McConnell of Whitewell Metropolitan Church in North Belfast made comments concerning Islam, which brought the ire of Ulster officials. His comments were in the context of a sermon of one true God. The government considered his comments to be hate speech. The charges against McConnell prompted his assistant pastor to resign.

Now the pastor has had his first day in court.

Christian News continues

Because McConnell refused a lesser punishment by the government following police questioning, prosecutors decided to move the matter forward in court. The hate crimes charge appears to be related to the sermon being streamed online.

On Monday, prosecutors outlined their case against McConnell, calling him “unrepentant.”

“He characterizes the followers of an entire religion in a stereotypical way. And that’s grossly offensive and that’s not protected from saying it from a pulpit,” prosecuting barrister David Russell told the court. “It has nothing to do with religion or freedom of expression of his freedom to preach.”

The idea that these charges do not infringe upon Pastor McConnell freedom of speech or his freedom of religion is ridiculous. How can a man express truth contained in his Bible if the government limits the way he conveys that truth. This would make the government the final authority on interpretation.

What would be the difference between this curtailing of truth and a physical mussel placed by the state over the mouths of the Churches ministers? There is no way that the man of God can both please the state and his Head Jesus Christ.

Christian News reports

“I was attacking the theology of Islam. I was not attacking any individual Muslim,” McConnell asserted. “I didn’t go into the church to provoke anyone. I went into church to present the truth.”

He also explained why he refused lesser punishment.

“If I took that, it would be an insult to the one that I love, for I was standing up for Him—for His gospel and for His truth,” he said. “If I took that informed warning, that would be me gagged.”

If one is not allowed to point out error in other religions, then there will be no possible way for us to point out truth. The effects of this will be one false religion and the light of the gospel will be hidden in our culture.

If these trends continue, we will see more and more the ministers of God silenced by Western governments.

Female San Bernardino Shooter ‘Pledged Allegiance’ To Islamic State And New Details About Her Background Emerge

This is from the Latest.com.

Loretta Lynch is interested in prosecuting people for speaking out about Muslims as it is hate speech.

Yet she will do nothing to track down the Savage Muslims Bastards that are murdering Americans.

The female shooter in the San Bernardino massacre may have had sympathies for the so-called Islamic State and may have even pledged allegiance to them in deleted Facebook posts on an anonymous account.

An “[unnamed] official said Tashfeen Malik made her posts under an alias and deleted them before she and husband Syed Farook killed 14 people Wednesday at a holiday party for his co-workers. The Muslim couple were killed hours later in a fierce gun-battle with police,” according to the Associated Press. From the same account, Malik also apparently expressed admiration for the group’s leader.

The unnamed sourced said, however, that it doesn’t seem as if anyone from the terror group ever tried to respond to her let alone relay any “operational instructions.”

The couple apparently destroyed their electronics before carrying out the attack.

Malik met her husband, Syed Farook, while they were both on the Hajj, or the pilgrimage every Muslim is supposed to undertake at least once in their lives.

She was a Pakistani citizen who came to the U.S. on a spousal visa, as Farook was a citizen. She moved when she was about three years old from Pakistan to Saudi Arabia, but returned to the Punjab province to study pharmacy.

“While the attack may have been inspired by [the so-called] Islamic State, there is no evidence that it was directed by the militant group, U.S. government sources said” according to Reuters.

While this may be the clearest evidence yet that Wednesday’s shooting was terror-related, it is far from definitive proof one that this was a Paris-style attack. If anything, the evidence points to home-grown radicals who may have had bigger plans, but targeted Farook’s workplace first of all.

Holder: Historians Will View My Tenure As ‘Golden Age’ Of Justice Dept [VIDEO]

This is from The Daily Caller.

Eric Holder Jr will go down in history as the most corrupt, racist Attorney General is history.

Loretta Lynch will have about twenty one months to pass Holder in corruption and it might happen.

https://social.newsinc.com/media/json/69017/28948312/singleVideoOG.html?videoId=28948312&type=VideoPlayer/16×9&widgetId=2&trackingGroup=69017

During his farewell address to the Justice Department Friday, Attorney General Eric Holder referred to his tenure at the Department of Justice as its “golden age” and in the same mold as Robert Kennedy’s storied tenure..

Loretta Lynch will take over the department following the Senate’s 56-43 confirmation vote Thursday.

HOLDER: I said earlier that when we celebrated Robert Kennedy’s 50th anniversary of his swearing in 2011, people said that was the golden age for the United States Department of Justice. Well, I think 50 years from now, maybe even sooner than that, people will look at the work you all did and say this was another golden age. That’s how good you all are. That’s how good you all are. That’s how dedicated and committed and wonderful you all have been. With a focus on justice. With a focus on helping those who cannot help themselves. You have distinguished yourselves.

There’s a long line of excellence in the United States Department of Justice, but every now and again, at an appropriate time, a group comes along that is worthy of special recognition. And you all are in fact one of those groups. I am proud of you. I am proud of you. I’m going to miss you. I’m going to miss this building. I’m going to miss this institution. More than anything, I’m going to miss you all. This building is always going to be home. You all are always going to be my family. And wherever I am, whatever I am doing, I will be rooting for you from the sidelines.

Here’s Seven Examples of Loretta Lynch’s “Wonderful Tool

This is from Freedom OutPost.

I get the feeling Loretta Lynch is going to make Eric Holder look like a piker.

It is going to be a long hard two years if the GOP confirms this woman as attorney general.

Cops across the country are padding their budgets with hundreds of millions of dollars by seizing property from American citizens, even when they have not been charged with a crime.

This process–called asset forfeiture–allows police to take property for themselves if they suspect it is being used for a crime, and though it was recently limited by Attorney General Eric Holder, it’s still ripe for abuse.

Loretta Lynch, President Obama’s nominee for attorney general, called asset forfeiturea wonderful tool” during her confirmation hearing, so The Daily Caller News Foundation compiled seven of the most “wonderful” examples of the last decade.

1. Tan Nguyen hopped in his car excited about $50,000 in casino winnings. That excitement faded when he saw police lights in the rear view mirror. A Nevada police officer suspicious of the man’s large sum of cash confiscated it, Forbes reports. Nguyen said the cop threatened to seize and tow his car if he spoke up about it.

After hiring a lawyer, Nguyen was able to get his $50,000 back with attorney’s fees.

2. Matt Lee had his $2,400 cash confiscated from his car on a routine traffic stop. The worst part? It was taken by the same officer that targeted Nguyen: Deputy Lee Dove. In a shared settlement with Nguyen, Lee got his $2,400 back.

3. The Contemporary Art Institute of Detroit’s monthly “Funk Night” party got weird in May of 2008. The all-night dance party was raging when police burst in around 2 a.m., the Metro Times reports. Officers alleged the establishment did not have a license. They passed out loitering tickets and impounded 40 vehicles just because they were driven to the party. They all got their cars back. Oh, except for the one guy who had his car stolen from the impound lot. Also, they each paid a $900 impound fee, totaling more than $35,000.

4. Mississippi police pulled over a man for a routine traffic stop in July of 2013. An officer’s search of the vehicle found $360,000 in a secret compartment of the car. The police confiscated the money, though they had no proof the man committed a crime, ABC News reports. The report said cops “are not ruling out criminal activity.” Considering they confiscated his personal property, that seems right.

5. A New Jersey man’s stash of cash was taken by an officer when he traveled through Monterey, Tenn. George Reby had $22,000 cash in his car when he was stopped by a police officer, News Channel 5 reports. The officer took the money because he suspected it was drug money. However, the man said he was going to use the money to buy a car, for which he had active bids on Ebay, something he was able to prove on his computer. When the officer wrote up the report, he failed to mention Reby’s claim that he was going to buy a car.

“If somebody told me this happened to them, I absolutely would not believe this could happen in America,” Reby told News Channel 5.

6. Even though they didn’t charge her with a crime, Georgia police took $11,530 from Alda Gentile at a regular traffic stop, The Associated Press reports. They searched the car for drugs but found none. Gentile said she had the money for a house hunting trip to Florida.

7. A family in the Philadelphia suburbs that had their home seized by police because their son sold drugs out of the house, CNN reports. The son was charged for selling $40 of heroin, but the parents say they didn’t know about it. (RELATED: Rand Paul Tries To Stop Cops From Stealing Your Stuff)

SESSIONS REITERATES OPPOSITION TO LYNCH: ‘ARE WE THROUGH THE LOOKING GLASS?”’

This is from Breitbarts Big Government.

Why would any sane Republican vote to confirm Loretta Lynch to become attorney general?

Loretta Lynch is Eric Holder in a skirt.

Sen. Jeff Sessions (R-AL) voiced outrage at attorney general nominee Loretta Lynch’s stance on executive amnesty and her answers to his questions about illegal immigrant workers during the second hearing on Lynch’s nomination Thursday.

“I don’t see any need for Congress to confirm somebody to be the chief law enforcement officer of this nation who is at that table insisting that she intends to execute a policy that is contrary to law and to what Congress desires and what the American people desire. And says that someone here unlawfully is as much entitled to a job in this as somebody who is here lawfully. It is just beyond my comprehension,” Sessions said.

Sessions announced Wednesday he would be voting against Lynch’s nomination, following the nominee’s testimony before the committee.

The Alabama lawmaker took issue particularly with Lynch’s answers indicating that she believes President Obama’s executive amnesty to be “legal and constitutional” and that she said that “the right and the obligation to work is one that’s shared by everyone in this country regardless of how they came here.”

“Are we through the looking glass?” Sessions said during Thursday’s hearing, “Can’t we see plain fact?”

According to Sessions, the issue is no longer about politics, but rather the crucial balance of power in government.

“So everybody wants to talk about the politics, ‘Well the president can do this, he’s shutting down Homeland Security,’ all these complaints but the real question is fundamental: What are we going to do to defend our Constitutional heritage and what will this Congress be able to say to subsequent Congresses if we acquiesce and in these kind of activities,” he said. “I think it has permanent ramifications for the relationships for the branches of government.”

Here’s why the Senate should not Confirm Loretta Lynch as Attorney General

This is from Freedom OutPost.

It sounds like Loretta Lynch is Barack Obama and Eric Holder in a dress.

The brain bleach is in the top right hand cabinet on the bottom shelf.

Don’t say no—say hell no! Why do we make this statement? Because just like the present Attorney General, Eric Holder, this lady is a fox in sheep clothing. Some say she is pretty equal in her dealings, but they do not recognize her background, nor do they allow her words to enter into the picture—words, by the way, that are very similar if not exactly like Eric Holder’s. We feel it is our duty to inform the public now rather than after this very bad lady is confirmed as to what she truly represents. This will not surprise many, as they are now very weary of anyone Obama places into any nomination. This needs to be spread wide and far and fast.

Let us begin by showing some of the ideas this lady has that should on their own stop anyone with a right mind from allowing her to obtain this high post, as it would be like just placing another puppet below Obama and his puppet masters. Loretta Lynch is close to Eric Holder, as she chaired his advisory committee, so she is part of the problem and not a solution to it. But allow us to present the damaging evidence of this.

“During her four-and-a-half years as U.S. Attorney, Lynch developed a close relationship with Attorney General Eric Holder. In early 2013, she was named chair of Holder’s advisory committee, and she collaborated with the AG in a high-profile Justice Department investigation that ultimately (in July 2014) forced Citigroup to pay a $7 billion fine for having helped trigger the financial crisis of 2008. Specifically, Citigroup was charged with: (a) making mortgage loans that had material defects and a high probability of default, and (b) securing and selling pools of these defective loans to investors. Said Lynch: “[A]fter collecting nearly 25 million documents relating to every residential mortgage-backed security issued or underwritten by Citigroup in 2006 and 2007, our teams found that the misconduct in Citigroup’s deals devastated the nation and the world’s economies, touching everyone.” By contrast, Lynch made no mention of the various government policies—most notably the Community Reinvestment Act—which, in the name of social and economic justice, had required banks to knowingly lend money to underqualified borrowers, particularly nonwhite minorities.”

This is but a small part of this Obamanation of an appointment. We will continue on to the other parts of this to illustrate just why this lady should never be allowed to any position higher than what she is in now:

During a 2013 speech which she delivered at the Martin Luther King Center in Long Beach, New York, Lynch asked the young people in the audience: “What is it that makes you feel oppressed? Is it the prison of racism?”

But Lynch does not stop here when it comes to her bias—she continues to go along with Eric Holder in his views of Voter Laws, especially those which have ID’s tied to them. Just read the words from her below and decide yourself if this lady should be allowed to “represent” all people, or just those she wants to represent.

Lynch believes that voter ID laws are part of a racist effort to suppress minority turnout at the polls. “Fifty years after the civil rights movement,” she said in 2013, “we stand in this country at a time when we see people trying to take back so much of what Dr. [Martin Luther] King fought for…. People try and take over the State House and reverse the goals [gains] that have been made in voting in this country.” In line with this view, Lynch emphasized that she was “proud” of the Justice Department for having filed suit against North Carolina’s voter ID laws that “seek to limit our ability to stand up and exercise our rights as citizens.”

And Lynch made this statement way, way back in 2013. Now, that is not very long ago, so this has to be brought up to the people that may well decide her nomination. This has to be held up to Obama and any member of the Senate who votes to confirm this radical lady. But wait, there is more:

Lynch has also suggested that school discipline policies, which result in higher rates of suspension and expulsion for nonwhite children than for whites, are racist. “The dream is still continuing not only in the courts but in our schools,” she told a mostly black audience in 2013. “And we all know, education is the key. And we understand that discipline is important. We understand that rules are important, but we also know that when we sit and look at schools that have these zero-tolerance programs, they are often used, and they take our babies, minority children, black children, Hispanic children, and they put them out of school before they have a chance to learn.” Building on this theme, Lynch praised the Department of Justice for having “gone into the South, although we’re looking further, and brought the first ‘school-to-prison pipeline’ cases against school districts in Alabama.”

Wow! This lady even makes education part of her ideology of the minorities being treated unfairly, even if they do wrong. How can anyone with a right mind even consider this today as being what Lynch says it is? But, once again, this is but a small part of this lady’s recent rage about the social standing of minorities. Just look at the statement below from way back in 2014:

In April 2014 Lynch participated in a panel titled “Strengthening the Relationship Between Law Enforcement and Communities of Color,” along with such notables as Eric Holder, Al Sharpton, and Bill de Blasio. One of the panel’s action items stated: “Remember that racial bias is pervasive. Research has shown that people who are not consciously mistrustful of African Americans or intentionally racist can still behave in a way that is influenced by racial bias.”

This is a very concerning problem with this lady, and she does this so very far back that the dates seem to be in this year. Just a sly remark by us to show once again that what this lady has intense action dealing with tossing the race card around. It is time that we as a nation do away with this type of crazy, stupid, idiotic ideology that seems to permeate from the Obama Administration. But let us show just one more reason to pass this article on to your Senator with a note telling them not to vote for her to this position:

In August 2014 Lynch spoke about the need to “eliminate,” from the American criminal-justice system, all forms of “racial discrimination” against “the most vulnerable members of society.” She stated that she and Eric Holder were focused “not just on the prosecution of crime, but on eradicating its root causes as well as providing support for those re-entering society after having paid their debt to it.” Lamenting that the U.S. “currently imprisons approximately 2.2 million people” who are “disproportionately people of color,” Lynch emphasized the need to “reform this aspect of our criminal justice system,” which she described as a “drain on both precious resources and human capital.”

Notice that, in this excerpt, Lynch is in lock step with Eric Holder in her thoughts concerning these poor criminals.

But we should never allow the color of one’s skin to determine the sentence or lack of sentence to the crime committed. Perhaps we have to remind this lady that if people are convicted by peers of crimes, the sentence should be the same, no matter what the color of their skin or where they came from. But this lady wants to change the justice system to ensure that those of minority are given special sets of laws and rules for the crimes they do? Can this even be considered as being fair? This we leave up to you to decide. Do you wish for the minorities to be given special treatment just because they are from a minority?

This lady has some very deep influences on why she thinks this way, and we will briefly explore that.

In addition to her work in government and with private law firms, Lynch also served a stint as an advisory board member with the American Constitution Society for Law and Policy.

Now just what is this “American Constitution Society for Law and Policy”? It kind of sounds like something Obama placed into his cabinet, but it is not. It is something that he knows about, as does a list of the people closely associated with “Progressive,” a term closely linked to Socialism.

The American Constitution Society for Law and Policy (ACS) is a Washington, DC-based think tank claiming to have approximately 22,000 affiliates nationwide—mostly law students, law professors, practicing attorneys, and judges. In addition to its student chapters at some 165 law schools across the United States, the organization also maintains professional chapters in 30 cities.

ACS operates on a yearly budget of several million dollars, a portion of which is used to publish a journal and to organize working groups that produce white papers on various topics related to the law. Several foundations have contributed large sums of money to ACS, including the Bauman Family Foundation, the Ford Foundation, the Glaser Progress Foundation, the Moriah Fund, the Nathan Cummings FoundationGeorge Soros‘ Open Society Institute, the Overbrook Foundation, the Public Welfare Foundation, the Streisand Foundationand the William and Flora Hewlett Foundation.

This looks like the short list of Socialist, Communist, and Marxist people working to help their ideology along by placing those it teaches into places of high esteem. Look at the list and see the one and only George Soros Open Society is included in this group. But this shows only the tip of the iceberg. There is more—a lot more, and one should look into the rest to see why this lady should never go any further than where she is now. Let us show just a bit more of how this group is associated with Loretta Lynch.

“One tactic by means of which ACS effectively influences the minds of law students and young attorneys is to give them first-hand exposure to the passionately articulated agendas of America’s leading leftists. Toward that end, ACS conventions typically feature high-profile guest speakers like Tammy BaldwinJoe BidenSherrod BrownHillary Clinton, communist icon Angela DavisRosa DeLauro, John EdwardsRuss Feingold, Rep. Barney FrankRuth Bader GinsburgAl GoreTom HarkinEric HolderJesse Jackson Jr.Ted Kennedy, former Assistant Attorney General Bill Lann LeeJohn LewisRalph NaderHarvard law professor Charles Ogletree, former Attorney General Janet Reno, Jan Schakowsky, and Senator Chuck Schumer.”

This reads like a list of who’s who in the Socialist Party. It even shows the “COMMUNIST I-con,” Angela Davis! Now, with these names and those showing direct influence from the Communist Party, one has to readily ask why any of these people should even be allowed close to any sort of representation much less public office. It is up to you; “WE THE PEOPLE” have to make this call and stop this very bad appointment from being voted on. Wake up, United States! Make the call and tell you Senators to vote no on Loretta Lynch, or they will be held accountable.
