BUSTED: Trump’s “David Duke Endorsement” Was Just Another Liberal Hatchet Job. [Video]

This is from US Hearld.

I am just shocked I tell you the Obama Media lying and trying to destroy a Republican candidate just shocked.

Looks like whoever decided to try and smear Trump with negative associations and racially charged history of the controversial Mr. Duke didn’t plan on this.

I’m David Duke and this is a quick unscripted response to the CNN interview today with Donald Trump. The inaccurate reporting by the media that I had endorsed Donald Trump… I am not endorsing Donald Trump.

The Cops Aren’t Racist, But The Journalists Sure Are

This is from Bearing Arms.

Anything the Obama Media does is to stir up racial tensions and a breakdown in law and order.

They want to destroy law enforcement and the rule  of law.

From the very beginning of the “Black Lives Matter” movement, self-righteous, fact-challenged,  and subject matter-illiterate journalists have been crafting a narrative that law enforcement officers look at deadly force situations through the lens of race. That fevered—and blatantly incorrect—bit of “conventional wisdom” among the media was at its most obvious when the media parroted the “hands up, don’t shoot” lie crafted by a criminal who already had warrants out for his arrest for lying to police.

That institutional bias doesn’t still just exist; it seems to be getting much worse. The bias is blatantly obvious in a recent Cincinnati Enquirer piece by Chris Graves. Graves’s bio says that she is, “Passionate about the future of news,” and that she thrives “on chaos with a purpose.”

The “chaos with a purpose” in her most recent article is a fact-free attempt to smear the Cincinnati Police Department as being racist. Let’s dissect her assumptions and failures as she asserts that Cincinnati Police had racial biases in how they handled two separate instances of police dealing with men armed with fake handguns last week.

Graves is clearly operating from the presumption that since the white suspect, Christopher R. Laugle, was only tased for pointing a fake gun at a cop, and the black suspect, Paul Gaston, was shot nine times, that race was the deciding issue in the resolution of their confrontations.

Two incidents last week involving police officers in separate Greater Cincinnati communities – one involving a white suspect and one involving a black suspect – have attracted renewed attention to the issue of race in police confrontations.

Christopher R. Laugle pointed a toy gun at Mount Healthy police officers, who stunned him with a Taser last Tuesday night. He was arrested and sent to jail.

Just hours later in Cheviot, Paul Gaston was reaching for what turned out to be a toy gun in the waistband of his pants, Cincinnati police said. Officers shot him with their handguns. Gaston’s body was sent to the morgue, and the internal investigation into the deadly shooting continues.

Laugle, 26, is white. Gaston, 37, was black.

And that distinction has spawned a fresh discussion about whether authorities are more likely to use lethal force against black men.

If Chris Graves or her other allies in the media had even basic competence—and could set aside the fictional narrative of widespread racial bias in policing they’re so desperately trying to push—they’d immediately know that the Laugle and Gaston cases were radically different in every way, and that the only thing they had in common was the presence of a plastic gun.

 * * *

The Laugle Case Involved a Known-Fake Gun

Police responded to a woman’s home to deal with a man who would not leave. The officers who arrived were told by the woman that the gun inside was an airsoft gun, and they could clearly see the orange tip, as Graves herself reported.

Officers were first called to the home by someone who texted 911 saying they needed help, he said. When officers arrived they spoke with the woman who lived at the home, who told officers she wanted a man, who had been living on her porch, to leave her home. The man did. To ensure the woman safe, the officers asked her if there was anyone else at the home and through a partially opened door saw a second man and a gun lying on a coffee table.

The woman told officers the gun was fake, picked it up and was told by officers to put it down. At that point, the man later identified as Laugle grabbed it from her and pointed it at officers, who also told him to put it down. He kept walking toward the officers with the gun, Demasi said.

“The officers would have been in their right to use deadly force at that point and thankfully they didn’t,” Demasi said. “They were afforded more time (than Cincinnati in its case), they suspected it to be a fake gun. Those additional seconds saved this guy from being shot.”

Officers in the Laugle case were dealing with a “known known.” They knew from the woman who lived there that the airsoft gun was, in fact, an airsoft gun. She picked it up and showed it to the officers. They visually verified the “firearm” was a toy before Laugle ever touched it.

The silver, scoped airsoft gun (top) picked up by Christopher R. Laugle had been shown to officers by a woman in the home who showed them it was a toy before Laugle ever attempted to touch it. Police were responding to a”man with a gun” call and had five guns trained on Paul Gaston when he reached for the an airsoft gun (bottom) thrust in his wastband that loos very much like a Springfield Armory XD Mod 2, even to trained shooters.

“Man With A Gun”

We’d covered the Paul Gaston story in great detail (including two videos of the shooting) previously.

Five officers were on the scene attempting to take Gaston into custody. When he went for a realistic airsoft gun at his waist, the three officers directly in front of him fired a total of nine shots in roughly a second.

These three officers could clearly see what Gaston was reaching for in a head-on view as shown in a version of the video shown below; two others were off to Gaston’s right but did not fire.

In the Gaston case, officers were dealing with a “known unknown.” They had 911 callers who reported that a man who appeared to be under the influence wrecked his vehicle, then had dropped a gun, picked it up, and ran off. Officers eventually found Gaston, and attempted to take him into custody. Five officers had guns drawn on Gaston, and told him to lay down so that they could take him into custody. Despite warnings not to do so, Gaston instead attempted to draw the gun.

Here’s a freeze-frame of the moment Gaston reached for the gun thrust in his pants, a split-second before officers opened fire.

Paul Gaston reached for a realistic handgun thrust in the front of his pants despite pleas from bystanders and orders from police to lay down so he could be taken in to custody.

Paul Gaston reached for a realistic handgun thrust in the front of his pants despite pleas from bystanders and orders from police to lay down so he could be taken in to custody.

The three officers directly in front of Gaston has the best angle to see exactly what he was doing and saw the gun in his pants. They were forced to fire because of Gaston’s attempt to draw the gun from his waistband, and immediately ceased fire once he stopped reaching for the gun. The shooting lasted just one second, and was clearly justified.

* * *

These were completely different incidents. Both sets of Cincinnati officers handled these very different encounters 100% appropriately. Race plays no component at all in either incident.

Chris Graves, like so many journalists today, is attempting to create racial anger and strife because those kinds of stories draw attention to the news outlets and create more strife that drives more media coverage. She isn’t covering the news, she’s manufacturing it, and she isn’t alone.

In a just world, propagandists like Chris Graves would be terminated immediately and their media outlets would issue profuse apologies for attempting to craft a racial narrative where one clearly doesn’t exist. Fortunately for Ms. Graves, she’d face no penalties for stoking black hatred of the Cinncinati Police, at least not from her publisher.

Sadly, lying to readers is simply how journalists operate today, and the media business accepts it.

White Female Student Executed By Black Thugs in Texas

This is from Clash Daily.

This story will get little or no mention in the Obama Media.

Don’t expect to hear anything about this from the mainstream media. It doesn’t fit their narrative.

Sara Mutschlechner. a twenty year old white female college student was shot in the head and killed New Year’s morning in Denton, Texas. She was driving three friends home from a party. A car with five or six black males pulled up next to her and made undisclosed statements. Then one of them shot Sara in the head. She was a student at the University of North Texas.

The Dallas Morning News downplayed the murder as “road rage.” The most likely chain of events probably involved unwanted sexual catcalling and a negative reaction by the women. Racial hatred and misogyny are probably the motives.

5 Truths About Fracking The Media Missed In 2015

This is from The Daily Caller.

You can fill volumes with the things about domestic oil production the Obama Media does not print.

The United States benefited enormously from hydraulic fracturing, or fracking, in 2015; but media outlets have mostly focused on headlines about earthquakes and aquifer pollution — neither of which have sufficient evidence to draw conclusions.

From foreign policy to cheap domestic energy and even booming job growth, here are five key stories the media seems to have missed about fracking in 2015.

1: Fracking Got America Off Russian Oil And Gas In 2015, Weakening Putin Immensely

American fracking in 2015 created a “perfect economic storm” of historically cheap oil and natural gas, which greatly weakened Putin’s Russia. America surpassed Russia’s production earlier this year as as the world’s largest and fastest-growing producer of oil and natural gas last year.

As recently as 2013, crude oil accounted for 68 percent of total Russian export revenues, according to the Energy Information Administration. and low prices mean less revenue to fund the country’s domestic and foreign policy agenda.

The International Monetary Fund predicts that Russia’s economy will shrink 3.4 percent in 2015, the most of any major emerging market. The Russian central bank has previously predicted that if oil prices remain near $40 dollars a barrel, the economy could contract by up to 6 percent. Even the Russian government is worried, cutting its growth forecast for 2015 and predicting that the economy will fall into recession.

2: Fracking Prevented Global Warming By Massively Reducing U.S. Carbon Dioxide Emissions

Fracking, not government green policies, caused carbon dioxide emissions to drop sharply in 47 states and Washington, D.C. in 2015, according to both Scientific American and the Energy Information Administration.
Total U.S. greenhouse gas emissions have dropped by 1,022 million tons, making them significantly lower than their peak in 2007.

Studies show that fracking for natural gas is responsible for almost 20 percent of the drop in carbon dioxide emissions, while solar power is responsible for a mere 1 percent of the decline. For every ton of carbon dioxide cut by solar power, fracking cuts 13 tons.

“The transition from coal to natural gas for electricity generation has probably been the single largest contributor to the … largely unexpected decline in U.S. CO2 emissions,” said the research organization Berkeley Earth, concurring with more formal assessments from the Department of Energy.

The U.S. has reduced greenhouse gas emissions more than any other country, a fact which even The Sierra Club acknowledges, though they refuse to attribute the decline in emissions to natural gas, which they oppose politically.

3: Fracking Gave America HUGE Reserves Of Oil And Natural Gas

American oil and natural gas reserves are at their highest levels since 1972. These huge increases are directly attributable to exploitation of tight oil formations and shale natural gas via fracking.

American reserves of crude oil and natural gas have risen for six consecutive years despite the U.S. producing more oil and natural gas than any other country. Oil production last year was 80 percent higher than it was in 2008. The United States produced an average of about 9.3 million barrels of crude oil per day in June.

America even controls the world’s largest untapped oil reserve, the Green River Formation in Colorado. This formation alone contains up to 3 trillion barrels of untapped oil shale, half of which may be recoverable. That’s five and a half times the proven reserves of Saudi Arabia. This single geologic formation could contain more oil than the rest of the world’s proven reserves combined.

The increase in reserve levels is illustrated in this Energy Information Administration graph:
4: Fracking Was Repeatedly Proven Not To Contaminate Drinking Water (Again)

Fracking was again proven to not contaminate drinking water by regulatory bodies, academics and even the Environmental Protection Agency in 2015.

“From our assessment, we conclude there are above and below ground mechanisms by which hydraulic fracturing activities have the potential to impact drinking water resources. We did not find evidence that these mechanisms have led to widespread, systemic impacts on drinking water resources in the United States,” stated a 5 year study on the impacts of fracking published by the Environmental Protection Agency in June 2015.

Another 2015 study, this one from Yale University, which was published in the highly prestigious Proceedings of the National Academy of Science, concluded, “[there is] no evidence of association with deeper brines or long-range migration of these compounds to the shallow aquifers.” The study, the largest of its kind, sampled 64 private water wells near fracking sites to determine if they could be contaminated by fracking fluids. The Yale researchers found essentially no contamination in well water, and the amounts they did detect were hundreds or thousands of times smaller than can be detected by commercial labs.

[The chemicals] are likely not a threat to human health,” said Brian Drollette, the Yale study’s first author, who is a chemical and environmental engineering graduate student.

Environmentalists have long opposed fracking out of alleged concerns for the safety of drinking water.

They responded to these studies with total denial, saying that “millions of Americans know that fracking contaminates groundwater and for the EPA to report any differently only proves that the greatest contamination from the industry comes from its influence and ownership of our government.” The Sierra Club still claims that “fracking has contaminated the drinking water of hundreds of thousands of Americans.”

5: Fracking Was Proven Not To Cause Damaging Earthquakes (Again)

The scientific consensus has long been that fracking doesn’t cause damaging earthquakes … but media and environmental groups don’t like that particular scientific consensus and have decided to ignore it. 2015 made that a lot harder.

In May of 2015, Dr. Matthew Hornback, a professor of geophysics at Southern Methodist University, when asked if fracking causes significant earthquakes, told lawmakers, “[w]e’re not talking at all about fracking. In fact, it’s been driving us crazy, frankly, that people keep using it in the press.”

Fracking earthquake myths from environmentalists are so widespread that the United States Geological Survey (USGS) actually maintains a “Myths and Misconceptions” section of its website to debunk them.

“Hydraulic fracturing, commonly known as ‘fracking’, does not appear to be linked to the increased rate of magnitude 3 and larger earthquakes” states the USGS.

Earthquakes are measured on a logarithmic scale, and the difference between whole numbers on the scale is huge. A 9.0 quake can devastate a country, while a 3.0 quake generally cannot be felt.  A quake that registers 2.0 on the Richter scale releases 31 times less energy and has a shaking amplitude 10 times smaller than that of a 3.0 quake.

The kind of earthquake that waste-water disposal from fracking could potentially cause are several orders of magnitude smaller than the kind of earthquakes that can do any damage. Additionally, well under 1 percent of wastewater injection wells are linked to earthquakes of any kind.

Despite the many benefits of fracking, you can expect media and environmental groups in 2016 to continue blaming the process for flaming tap-waterpovertyincome inequality, a new housing crisis, and even low sperm counts… even though such objections have been all conclusively debunked by real science.

The Obama Media will never cover this story.

Homicides in the US just hit a new record low, while Americans are buying guns at an all time record high…coincidence? I think not.

Being armed and ready deters crime regardless of what Obama and the leftist trolls say. The murder rate just hit a new low in the last 55 years since the FBI began tabulating that data. This last Black Friday saw a brand spanking new record for guns sold in the US. Both men and women are arming up, preparing to protect those they love and care about. They are also turning out for training in record numbers. The bad guys may be here among us, but Americans are ready to make a stand and it is a massive deterrent to crime and terrorism. Obama would strip all of us of our means to protect ourselves, but Americans don’t roll over that easy. Come and take them.

From Bearing Arms:

This dramatic drop in per-capita murders to the lowest point ever recorded since the FBI began tabulating this data 55 years ago is a wonderful thing, especially as it continues to drop as more Americans own more guns that ever.

While the anti-gun left clings to the delusion that there fewer gun owners than ever based on junk polling data, we know in the real world that Americans have purchasedmore than 100 million firearms during Obama’s Presidency, that there are more concealed carriers than ever, and there more women, minorities, and youth involved in shooting than ever.

The answer has always been more guns and more concealed carry permits, not less. If you want to see what a lack of guns does for a community, have a long look at Chicago where only the thugs have guns. Murders are off the charts there. Not so in parts of the country where citizens carry and have guns in their homes. Women, children, parents, grandparents… people from all walks of life are now exercising their 2nd Amendment rights and lives are being saved because of it. Gun control is worthless and in fact, is deadly in any given society. A free people is an armed populace.

Someone get that memo to Obuttma.

Chester man charged with carjacking in Plymouth

This is from the Times Leader Northeastern Pennsylvania.

A good guy with a gun prevents a carjacking this is something you will not hear about in the Obama Media.

Plymouth police arrested Brian Turner on charges he attempted to steal two vehicles occupied by women in Plymouth on Monday. Sean McKeag/Times Leader

PLYMOUTH — A Delaware County man who served a lengthy state prison sentence on drug and assault charges nearly 10 years ago was arraigned Tuesday on allegations he attempted to carjack two women one in which had two childrenin her vehicle.

Police charged Brian D. Turner, 36, of Chester, with two counts of robbery and related offenses after he allegedly attacked two women in an attempt to steal their vehicles outside the Bull Run Sunoco service station on East Main Street just before 9 p.m. Monday.

One woman suffered a minor arm injury, police said.

Turner was detained at gunpoint when Roger Ragukas came to the aid of the two women.

Ragukas has a permit to legally carry a firearm, police said.

Police allege they found a plastic bag containing 130 Oxycodone tablets on Turner during a strip search after his arrest.

According to the criminal complaint:

Katherine DeLuca told police she returned to her vehicle parked outside the service station after purchasing several items. As she opened the glove box, DeLuca felt her car door open and allegedly encountered Turner yelling at her to get out of her vehicle.

DeLuca claimed Turner grabbed her shirt attempting to forcibly remove her from her car. DeLuca kicked Turner and screamed for someone to call 911.

Police said in the complaint that Turner walked to East Main Street where he attempted to gain access to another vehicle operated by Christina Kocher.

Kocher told police she was forced to stop due to other stopped vehicles in front of her. She claimed Turner stood in front of her vehicle yelling, “Help, help, call 911. Please, someone is trying to kill me,” the complaint says.

Kocher said Turner opened the driver’s side door of her vehicle and yelled, “Get the (expletive) out,” according to the complaint.

Turner allegedly grabbed Kocher by the hair removing her from her vehicle that began to roll away with her two children inside. The vehicle struck a gasoline pump island where it stopped, the complaint says.

The two children were not injured.

Ragukas heard Kocher scream for help and ran toward her holding Turner at gunpoint until police arrived.

Court records say Turner was sentenced in Delaware County in 2007 to two-to-four years in state prison on drug and assault charges.

Turner was arraigned by District Judge Ronald Swank in Wright Township on two counts of robbery of a motor vehicle, three counts of reckless endangerment, and one count each of simple assault, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance. He was jailed at the Luzerne County Correctional Facility for lack of $50,000 bail.

FBI Stats are in: Crime in U.S. Fell Again in 2014, Gun Ownership Up

This is from AmmoLand.

The Obama Media will never share these numbers from The F.B.I..

You’re really not to blame if you haven’t heard that violent crime declined again in 2014. After all, the news media generally do not report on the release of these annual statistics from the country’s leading federal crime fighting agency.

Cumulative Firearms to Market 2012
Cumulative Firearms to Market 2012

NEWTOWN, Conn –-( The FBI this month released the 2014 edition of Crime in the United States, and it revealed that the estimated number of reported violent crimes decreased 0.2 percent when compared with 2013.

And the estimated number of property crimes decreased 4.3 percent from 2013 levels.

Homicides with firearms in 2014 were down 3.9 percent on a year-over-year basis. Consistent with previous years of this ongoing work, the vast majority of these murders were committed with handguns, although all categories of gun murders were lower. Rifles of all kinds were involved in just 3 percent of gun murders in 2014, lower than the number of deaths attributable to knives, blunt objects, and even fists or feet.

While the one-year numbers may not look that dramatic, they are nonetheless important because they serve to illustrate the long-term, 20-year downward trend in crime in the United States is continuing.

Crime in U.S. Fell Again in 2014
Crime in U.S. Fell Again in 2014

Using NSSF-adjusted National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS) data over a ten-year period since 2005, the best proxy we have for firearms sales, we see a 74.1 percent increase in background checks even as the violent crime fell 16.2 percent. The 15-year trend is even more dramatic, showing an 81.8 percent increase in NICS numbers even as violent crime fell 18.2 percent.

Put simply, more firearms in the hands of the mostly law-abiding American population have not yielded an increase in crime.

Not seeing much (or any) mainstream news coverage of the newly released crime stats? Well, we’re not surprised and if you read our blog on even a periodic basis, it’s no surprise to you either. We’ve covered this topic before. In fact, the motion infographic that we released more than a year ago, remains accurate in content and direction.

The gun control lobby gets considerable attention for arguing that there is an “epidemic of gun violence” extant in the land. Every death due to the criminal misuse of a firearm is a tragedy. We would never suggest otherwise. But two decades of a steady, dramatic decrease in such crimes is the opposite of an epidemic. It would be nice if the mainstream media would report on these facts.

WHITE COP: People Are Shocked At What He Did to this Black Man – And It’s Going Viral

This is from Clash Daily.

How can this act of kindness be true after all the Obama Media tells us that white police officers kill black men.

What this white cop did to a black man has everyone shocked – please forward this to the race baiters ASAP.

Chicago police officer Sergeant B. Hagarty stopped by a Chipotle in the city’s Lakeview neighborhood for lunch last week and noticed a homeless man picking through nearby trash bins. Hagarty gestured to the man through the window, asking if he would like something to eat.

Rachel Mitchell, who witnessed the exchange and posted it on Facebook, shared what happened next.

“The cop told him to set what belongings he had next to him and told him to order what he wanted because he would pay for it,” Mitchell wrote. “They stood in line together and at the end the cop paid for the man’s meal. A simple hand shake was exchanged between them and they parted ways like it was no big deal.”

019th District Town Hall – Sergeant Hagarty
Leading by Example

A quote posted on social media, Facebook…
Rachel Mitchell – “So today I saw something that made my day. This Chicago Police officer was sitting at a window seat at Chipotle, outside the window he saw a homeless man digging through the trash. The cop knocked on the window, getting the homeless man’s attention. Through the glass he asked the man if he was hungry. The man nodded yes, and the cop motioned for him to come inside. The cop told him to set what belongings he had next to him and told him to order what he wanted because he would pay for it. They stood in line together and at the end the cop paid for the man’s meal. A simple hand shake was exchanged between them and they parted ways like it was no big deal. Touched my heart so much, with all the (crap) police are getting these days it reminds me there’s so much more good out there than anyone ever wants to give credit. If everyone did something simple like this every day the world would be a better place.”

So… we spoke to a 019th District Town Hall Sergeant, B. Hagarty who has 35 years on the job, is a lifelong Chicagoan, working as a Sector Sergeant on the day shift. We asked him if he knew he was in a story on social media. He reluctantly said yes, a few friends had sent him the photos. He was not aware that someone had captured the moment, a break in his day as he was finishing his lunch, while at work just yesterday. He didn’t know the written story that had been posted on Facebook and re-posted by the Country Music Station Big 95.5 Chicago. We read the story posted originally by Rachel Mitchell to the Sergeant. He said yes, that’s exactly what happened…

He was at the Chipotle , 1025 W. Belmont, eating by himself. He saw a young man “dumpster diving” so he motioned for him to come in. He then reluctantly said, you know the rest. He did not think he had done anything out of the ordinary. He did not want to brag about what he had done. As he walked out a young lady approached him and told him that he had made her day. Sergeant Hagarty said thank you and walked out. Sergeant Hagarty thinks that might be who posted his pics on fb. If that is you…thank you…Sergeant Hagarty will retire before the end of the year and will be missed.

Sergeant Hagarty we thank you for leading the Chicago Police Department by example.
