‘We’ve Already Lost Jesus’: Duck Dynasty Patriarch Slams Radical Islam, Political Correctness

This is from the Independent Journal Review.

If we ever forget that we are One Nation Under God, then we will be a nation gone under.

Fox News’ Sean Hannity hosted Phil Robertson, the patriarch of the Duck Dynasty family, to discuss how Americans have been led astray, and why our country is failing to recognize terrorists as “Islamic.”

Robertson used “historical context” to explain what murderous regimes throughout history — the Nazis, the Shintoists, the Communists — have in common: no Jesus. And Robertson says we could be headed in the same direction. CNS News reports:

“We’ve already lost Jesus as a nation,” Robertson told Fox News’s Sean Hannity Thursday night.

“We’ve lost him. We’ve walled him off. We’ve walled him out of our schools. We’ve walled him out of our government. We just walled him off. Well, once you wall God off and he’s not there…something has to fill the void. That’s why we have trouble.”

Also, Islam is following in the same footsteps as these previous regimes, Robertson says. Contrary to what they say, he says, their motivations are not religious:

“It’s just an ideology under the guise of a religion,” Robertson said. “They want to conquer the world. There’s no Jesus with them, either. And they’re famous for murder.”

Robertson blamed “political correctism” on our nation’s failure to call these terrorists what they are — “radical Islamists.” He slammed President Obama’s inability to use those words, and institutions like Duke University for shutting out Christians on campus while welcoming Muslims.

Duck Dynasty’s Phil: ‘We’re Swimming in a Cesspool of Politically Correct Crap’

Phil Robertson is correct about the cesspool of political correct crap.

There is a great example in the Christian Post be prepared to be outraged.

Duck Dynasty patriarch Phil Robertson. (A&E)

( Dynastypatriarch Phil Robertson said the news media will not even mention the name “Jesus Christ” in a straightforward or even reverential way because they are so politically correct it precludes them from referencing God, and as a result America is “swimming in a cesspool of politically correct crap.”

Robertson made his remarks during a sermon about political correctness and Christian morality at the White’s Ferry Road Church in West Monroe, La., as part of Duck Commander Mission Sunday on Sept. 14.

“When’s the last time you heard someone in the news media say with a straight voice and any kind of adoration, ‘Jesus Christ, Jesus,’” said Robertson.  “They won’t even mention His name. We are swimming in a cesspool of politically correct crap.”

Phil Robertson is an elder at the church, along with his oldest son Alan Robertson. The entire Duck Dynasty clan attend church services and Bible study at the White’s Ferry Road Church.

Duck Dynasty, aired on the A&E channel, is the highest rated reality-TV show in cable history. The program completed its fourth season in mid-August, during which it achieved an average audience of 6.51 million viewers for each Wednesday night episode.

The show came in No. 1 every week, beating all other cable-TV shows in its time-slot.  See TV by the Numbers here.

Duck Dynasty has been renewed for another season in 2015.

Sadie Robertson Defends Her Faith, Family and Phil Before ‘Duck Dynasty’ Dance — and Here’s Why Si, Willie, Jep and Jase Also Took to the Ballroom Floor

This is from The Blaze.

The Robertsons follow their faith daily and that makes them a target of the Godless Left.

They left has tried to twist, Phil Robertson’s words about homosexuality and then tried to label Phil as a homophobe.

Sadie Robertson once again wowed the judges on “Dancing With the Stars” Monday night, nabbing a near-perfect score for her “Duck Dynasty” themed samba — and she had a little help from her famed family members.

The dance started off with her father Willie and uncles Jase, Jep and Si Robertson sitting on the stage using duck callers.

Then, Robertson and partner Mark Ballas — decked out in duck-inspired costumes and camouflage — started strutting across the ballroom, scoring a 37 out of 40 for their high-paced performance.

In addition to the dance, Robertson made some notable comments about her family and her faith.

In a video package that aired before the performance, the 17 year old said that her most memorable year was 2012 when “Duck Dynasty” exploded in popularity.

“I didn’t realize how big it was going to be,” she said.

Fame and fortune aside, Robertson made it clear that the family’s Christian faith is its driving force, carrying its members through both the good and the bad times.

“My family would not be where we are without our faith. That’s what’s carried us this whole way,” she said. “You know, we put our faith in God and we like to share that with everybody”

“My family would not be where we are without our faith. That’s what’s carried us this whole way.”

She added, “We’re going to be a family, we’re going to love each other — and we’re going to do what God says to do.”

While Robertson described the benefits of fame in the footage, she also addressed some of the pitfalls, specifically the controversy surrounding her grandfather Phil Robertson’s past comments about homosexuality.

“Everybody knows who you are and they’re looking for you to mess up,” she said of fame. “My grandpa said some things that upset some people and the press came after him.”

“We’re going to love each other — and we’re going to do what God says to do.”

Robertson said that it was difficult watching her grandfather get attacked and that the controversy following his December 2013 comments led the family to reconsider doing “Duck Dynasty.”

“The thing is, no matter what he would have said we should have stuck by him, because he’s my grandpa,” Sadie said. “Yeah, he’s very opinionated, but he’s my family and family sticks together.”

I’m Islamophobic, Are You?

This is from Defend

It Isn’t Islamophobia When They Really Are Trying to Kill You!

I’m Islamaphobic, Are You?

I confess, I’m “Islamaphobic,” but for very good reasons.

My fear is not an irrational fear based on uniformed prejudice; rather it’s an historic, clear eyed, informed, rational fear. ISSA is doing to America journalists what every true follower of Mohammed wants to do to you and yours; subjugate or murder you. They believe they have been given a mandate by Allah (Satan) to dominate the world.

Fourteen hundred years of history, both ancient and modern (i.e. the 1 to 1.5 million dead Armenians at the hands of the Muslim Turks in 1915) tell us that Muslims are deadly serious about their infernal goals. Now we get to watch their violent, demonic fanaticism on Youtube videos.

History shows where Muslims get the power and means to subjugate and behead Christians, Jews, et al, they do it. Why? It’s really very simple: its what Mohammed did and taught. So I have what I believe is a very rational fear for what our children and their children will face. Do you?

Are there any solutions? All the seminars, petitions, books, laws, articles and other similar actions are worthless. Muslims laugh at us for how stupid we are when it comes to dealing with them.

Here’s three possible solutions, but really there’s only one.

1.) Conversion: Wouldn’t it be wonderful to see Muslims turn from Satan (Allah) to Christ? But, I agree with Phil Robertson, this is not biblically doable. Why? God has a plan and he revealed it at the birth of Ishmael, the father of the Arabs. “The Angel of the Lord said….He [Ishmael] will be an ass of a man; His hand shall be against every man, and every man’s hand against him…” (Genesis 16:11,12) The Arab Muslims are God’s sworn enemies and are ordained by God to be against everyone. That’s not to say there will not be a small percentage of Muslims who will be saved by faith in Christ. But, even if they escape with their lives after “apostatizing” from Islam, their influence will be negligible. History does not record a mighty move of God in saving masses of Muslims. I believe the scriptures militate against mass Muslim conversions.

2.) D.A.M.N.: Depart All Muslims Now. Deport them like Spain was forced to do when they deported the Muslim Moors. Muslims in America are procreating at twice the rate of other groups. So, either we force them all to get sterilized, or we wait for the “Army of Islam” to arise in our midst and do what Muslims always do, resort to violence. Just see what they are doing in France, Britain and Scandinavia. Fat chance our politicians will do anything until its too late, unless, of course, “We the People” demand otherwise. But, history shows America is always late to the fight. Or, we can do what most Americans are doing, wishfully think we are the exception and Muslims will all of a sudden change and want to co-exist. This is irrational and stupid, but it makes life more tolerable. Knowing that every Mosque in America is conspiring to kill you and yours is terrifying.

3.) Violence: The only thing that is biblical and that 1400 years of history has shown to work is overwhelming Christian just war and overwhelming self defense. Christian Generals Charles Martel in 732 and Jon Sobieski in 1672 defeated Islamic Turks and their attempts to take the West. Who will God raise up to save us this time? Will God even intervene or turn us over to the Muslims for turning against Him?

Either way, we must be prepared for the increase of terror at home and abroad. This is not irrational, but the loving thing we must do for our children and neighbors. First trust in God, then obtain a gun(s), learn to shoot, teach your kids the Christian doctrines of just war and self defense, create small cells of family and friends that you can rely on if some thing catastrophic happens and civil society suddenly melts down.

ISSI has done us all a favor. The true face of Islam is on full display even as Mohammed is burning in hell. We will have to face the harsh truth that Islam has no place in civilized society. Muslims cannot live in a society based on Christian ideals of equality and liberty. They will always seek to harm us.

Now the only question is how many more dead bodies will have to pile up at home and abroad before we crush the vicious seed of Ishmael in Jesus name? The Good News is Jesus, and his indestructible Church, will prevail, but there will be pain and heartache along the way to victory. May we be willing to take the lesser pains now so our children won’t have to take greater pains later.

Phil Robertson on ISIL: ‘Convert them or kill them’

This is from The Politico.

I agree with Phil converting ISIS  is next to impossible, so the only option left is to Kill them all and Let God sort them out.

“Duck Dynasty” star Phil Robertson has a prescription for how to handle Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant militants: “Convert them or kill them.”

Appearing on Fox News on Tuesday evening, the reality television personality quoted several verses from the Bible and asked why ISIL harbors hatred for the U.S. even as the military has increasingly withdrawn from the region.

Host Sean Hannity argued that ISIL is “at war with us” and creates a significant threat to the U.S. and Israel, regardless of how the Obama administration or the American people view the group.

“You either have to convert them — which I think would be next to impossible. I’m not giving up on them, but I’m just saying, either convert them or kill them,” Robertson responded, likening ISIL militants to “street thugs on steroids.”

The interview took place hours after the release of a video — since confirmed by the National Security Council and President Barack Obama — showing the beheading of American journalist Steven Sotloff. Two weeks prior, ISIL — the terrorist group that has swept across much of northern and central Iraq — released a video that showed U.S. photojournalist James Foley being killed in a similar manner.

Robertson is a popular figure among some in the conservative movement and has spoken in the past at the Republican Leadership Conference.

Phil Robertson is correct America has turned its back on God.

Not all Americans have turned away from God.

We are doing what God said not to do with shedding of innocent blood by aborting babies as well as calling good evil and evil good.

NEW ORLEANS — “Duck Dynasty” star Phil Robertson on Thursday urged his fellow Republicans to bring their party back to God as it seeks its way forward.

Speaking to the Republican Leadership Conference here, the bearded Louisianan said the party and the country have moved too far away from the founding fathers’ vision of religion’s role in American government — and that the current version of the separation of church and state is a “lie.”

“GOP, you can’t be right for America if you’re wrong with God,” Robertson said. “You want to turn the Republican Party around? Get Godly.”

Robertson spoke in a somewhat meandering fashion for about half an hour at the conference, where he was a late addition.

He recently courted controversy by telling a reporter that homosexuality could lead to bestiality and that he doesn’t remember things being so bad for African Americans prior to civil rights laws. He was briefly suspended from the TV network that airs his show, but was quickly reinstated after conservatives cried foul.

On Thursday, Robertson decried racism — “The color of your skin doesn’t determine the character of your person” — and later alluded to his unlikely role as a speaker at the GOP confab, recalling when conference organizers asked him to come.

“I guess the GOP may be more desperate than I thought to call somebody like me,” he said.

Robertson, who was introduced by Sarah Palin, closed the speech with a minutes-long prayer, said “Amen, I’m done,” and walked off.

Mellisa Harris Perry’s Panel Shows Bigotry, Not the Robertsons

The liberal elites are the bigots race baiters and haters.

There are few of these types among the average Joes but

they are not the average Joe’s and Josies.

Zo weighs in on Mellisa Harris Perry’s bigoted panel, which took a shot at Romney’s adoption of a child who is American black, and MHP’s subsequent effort to say she was sorry (with tears to boot). Does Zo buy it? And really, how is it that Phil Robertson is a bigot and MHP and her panel aren’t?

MSNBC Ties Duck Dynasty Guns To Mass Shootings

This is from Mr. Conservative.

The only way anyone knows about what is said on PMSNBC

is the coverage on Conservative websites.

To work at PMSNBC your IQ must be 400 points lower than a

box of rocks.

On a recent episode of his show on MSNBC, host Thomas Roberts brought Len Everett on as his guest. The topic was Duck Dynasty’s new gun line.

Everett is with the Coalition to Stop Gun Violence. He made the outrageous claim that Phil Robertson is launching the new gun line as a way to market guns to conservative, middle-aged, white males.

So in otherwords, Phil Robertson has now been demonized by the left for finding a profitable way of expanding his multi-million dollar hunting empire. And in the typical tradition of MSNBC hosts and their guests, they managed to find a way to pull racially divisive rhetoric into the news of this product launch.

From the show’s transcript. Everett warms up with this statement:

Well, look, I mean I think the Robertson family is banking on being able to market firearms, you know, by issuing some of these very extreme political comments and hoping that it appeals to basically a swath of far right-wing Americans that they assume are their main customer base. I’m hoping that backfires. When you poll gun owners in this country, the fact is that the overwhelming majority of them are very moderate in their views. And I think many of them will not embrace the type of, you know, misogynist, racist, anti-gay comments that Phil Robertson is making.

After the anti-gun Everett gets done lecturing MSNBC’s audience on the personal views of gun owners, he makes his best attempt at eliciting controversy over a VERY non-controversal product expansion from a popular company.

“I think sadly every day more people are being pulled into this conversation because they’re losing loved ones or they’re being injured and their lives are being catastrophically affected. In terms of the dynamics of mass shootings, you mentioned semiautomatic firearms being used. The other very common element here obviously is high capacity ammunition magazines, and of course that ties into the Duck Dynasty story where they have now decided in addition to traditional hunting firearms, to also try to market some semi—automatic firearms that accept 25-round magazines which is obviously not necessary for plinking around your house.”

The MSNBC host then responded:

“No. Or for taking down a duck but that’s a different story.”

We are relieved to know that MSNBC’s Thomas Roberts is now an expert on proper duck hunting weaponry.

‘Duck Dynasty’ family company launches own line of guns

The Time has to just keep bringing up Phil’s statement of

 faith concerning homosexuals.

Like that would negate the deal with Mossberg

You just cannot keep the Quack Pack Down.

The family-owned business featured on hit reality television show “Duck Dynasty” has partnered with Mossberg manufacturers to make its own line of shotguns.

The Duck Commander company will produce with Mossberg nine different firearms, including two semiautomatic shotguns and a semiautomatic handgun, CNNreported.

Mossberg has already started shipping shotguns to distributors, gauging interest and drumming up business, said company spokeswoman Lisa Powell. She declined to tell which retailers had expressed interest so far, according to CNN.

Phil Robertson, the family patriarch, founded Duck Commander 40 years ago near his Louisiana home. He and his sons are in several advertisement spots on Mossberg’s website about the new firearms line, one of which includes Mr. Robertson saying, “Do you know what makes me happy ladies and gentlemen? To blow a mallard drake’s head smooth off.”

Mr. Robertson was recently embroiled in a national controversy for his comments about homosexuality being a sin as based on biblical teachings. A&E, which airs “Duck Dynasty,” suspended him briefly but reinstated his contract and announced that filming for the new season would continue as planned.

Mossberg said in a release that the new Duck Commander firearms will come in a “waterfowl pattern” camouflage design and will have the Duck Commander logo — a duck in flight — stamped on the side.

The pistol and one of the planned rifles will mirror military design and hold high-capacity magazines of 25 rounds or more. The .22-caliber pistol is “perfect for small game, plinking, target shooting — or clearing cottonmouths out of your duck blind,” Mossberg said.

All the firearms will come with a U.S. flag bandana, like “the one worn by Willie,” one of the show’s characters, Mossberg said.

Robertson Family Releases Statement on A&E Decision to Suspend Phil Robertson

This is from myarklamiss.

This is going to bite A&E hard on their ass.

I hope A&E starts hemorrhaging cash real soon.

West Monroe — The Robertson family has released a statement in light on A&E decision to suspend patriarch Phil Robertson in light of the comments he made to GQ.

“We want to thank all of you for your prayers and support. The family has spent much time in prayer since learning of A&E’s decision. We want you to know that first and foremost we are a family rooted in our faith in God and our belief that the Bible is His word.

While some of Phil’s unfiltered comments to the reporter were coarse, his beliefs are grounded in the teachings of the Bible. Phil is a Godly man who follows what the Bible says are the greatest commandments: “Love the Lord your God with all your heart” and “Love your neighbor as yourself.”

Phil would never incite or encourage hate.We are disappointed that Phil has been placed on hiatus for expressing his faith, which is his constitutionally protected right.

We have had a successful working relationship with A&E but, as a family, we cannot imagine the show going forward without our patriarch at the helm. We are in discussions with A&E to see what that means for the future of Duck Dynasty.

Again, thank you for your continued support of our family.
