Here come the death panels that the leftist loons and the RINO’s  made fun of Sarah Palin for saying they are part of Obamacare.

Under the guise of “reform,” President Obama is dismantling Medicare — dooming seniors to needless pain and disability and shortening their lives. The stakes are high, because Medicare and the

SHOCK: What Cruz Just Said On The Senate Floor Could Be Declaration Of GOP War (Video)

This is from Western Journalism.

It is time for the Cruz Missile to hit the RINO’s even harder.

In a stunning floor speech the likes of which is rarely heard…

He’s been referred to as the “Cruz missile,” and today the senator from Texas took dead aim at a top GOP colleague often associated with the Republican establishment that conservatives distrust.

Solemnly saying that “today is a sad day for this institution,” Senator and presidential hopeful Ted Cruz took to the floor of the upper chamber on Friday and delivered a verbal broadside to his own party’s leadership, accusing Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell of lying.

“The Senate operates based on trust,” said Cruz, who then went on to claim the high-powered Kentucky Republican lied to him repeatedly about having agreed to a deal involving votes for the recently passed Trade Promotion Authority (TPA) and an attempt to revive the lapsed authorization for the controversial Export-Import (Ex-Im) Bank.

Cruz was unabashed and relentless in his accusation that McConnell falsely denied there was no back-room arrangement regarding support gathered for TPA and the pending move to restart the currently dormant bank. The Ex-Im Bank is billed as an independent federal agency that helps U.S. companies expand their overseas sales.

The Texas senator even went so far as to charge that McConnell has engaged in “the same procedural abuse” that his predecessor, Harry Reid, “did over and over and over again.”

A Politico piece on the extraordinary Cruz floor speech says that the GOP senator’s outburst was a rare and stunning break with the “traditions of the usually decorous chamber.” Publicly calling out a colleague in such a direct and accusatory fashion is generally considered a no-no.

In a scathing floor speech, the Texas firebrand accused the Senate majority leader of breaking his word to him and the rest of the GOP conference over McConnell’s plans for the controversial Export-Import Bank, the country’s chief export credit agency. In Cruz’s telling, McConnell privately promised him and other Republicans that “there was no deal” with a handful of senators who were seeking to revive the bank in exchange for their votes to advance a major trade bill in May.

While Ted Cruz is often considered a firebrand known for speaking his mind and not worrying about ticking off the GOP establishment, for him to go in front of his fellow senators as well as the C-Span audience with this kind of harsh accusation could be called a “shocker” by a lot of people, even Cruz fans.

Some might wonder if Cruz — lagging far behind his GOP rivals in most presidential polls — could be taking a cue from the wildly outspoken Donald Trump, who has certainly gained attention and popularity of late with his bold and brazen accusations. Of course, contrary to the style in which Trump tends to shoot from what you might call “the verbal hip,” Sen. Cruz was more measured and methodical in laying out his argument that Mitch McConnell is a scheming, manipulative liar.

By clicking on the video above, you can see for yourself what Ted Cruz had to say that has caused such a media stir on a Friday afternoon and could prove to be “the shot heard round the Senate” in a new battlefront between staunch conservatives and the power-wielding establishment.

Ky. Governor: If Lincoln Were Alive ‘He Would Be Re-Registering – A Democrat’

This is from CNSNews.

Abraham Lincoln if alive today would not reregister as a DemocRat.

Lincoln would be working to remove the RINO’s from Congress, he would as be fighting to return the GOP to its roots.

Governor Steve Beshear (D-Ky.) told the audience at the Democratic National Committee (DNC) 2015 Winter Meeting this weekend that if Abraham Lincoln were alive today “he would be re-registering – a Democrat.”

“You know we have always been the party of the people, by the people and for the people,” Beshear said paraphrasing a section of Lincoln’s famous Gettysburg Address.

“And I purposely use the words of the very first Republican President of the United States, a great Kentuckian Abraham Lincoln, because if he were here with us today he would be so disappointed in what his party has become that he would be re-registering – a Democrat.”

The audience responded with applause.

Beshear addressed the 2015 Winter Meeting of the DNC on Saturday.

Why is a GOP Super Majority State Like Georgia Having Trouble Passing Pro-Gun Bills?!

This is from Guns Save Lives.

Georgia’s votes need to light a fire under their State Senators.

Georgia voters need to replace what sounds a bunch of RINO’s in the Georgia State Senate.

ga flag georgiaThe situation in Georgia is certainly interesting. Many outside observers probably wonder why a state with a GOP super majority in both houses of the legislature as well as a Republican governor and lt. governor is having such a hard time expanding gun rights in the peach state.

Many within the state are also wondering the same thing.

Today marks the last day of Georgia’s legislative session and it is do or die time for HB60, a bill that could greatly expand carry and gun rights in GA, or could end up being a dud of a bill.

The bill started out with plans of allowed lawful weapons carry on church property, in bars, and in certain government buildings. The bill also made renewing carry permits in GA cheaper and easier as well as cementing the right to keep and bear arms in GA with several other minor law changes.

The bill overwhelmingly passed the House and then encountered problems in the Senate. For some reason, the GA senate seems to be where pro-gun bills go to die.

The first senate committee the bill was brought up in gutted it and removed most of the favorable language being sought by gun owners. As a direct counter to this, the House amended a bill the Senate had already passed, HB60, with the almost the entire language of the now gutted bill (HB875).

However, the Senate wasn’t done yet. Once they voted on the new bill, the Senate introduced an amendment that would only allow carry in churches if they opted in to allow it. The wording of the amendment would create a minefield of legal issues for law abiding gun owners to the point that it might sink the entire bill.

It is expected that the House will now insist on their original version of the bill today which will mean 3 members of the House and 3 members of the Senate will meet behind closed doors to determine the gun rights of Georgians.

The efforts to pass these bills have been met with stern opposition by groups who are based in other parts of the country, such as Moms Demand Action. Is the GA GOP Super Majority folding to the influence of outside influence?

Whatever the reasons for the trouble this bill has had, it will come to and end, one way or another, before midnight tonight.
