VIDEO: Teen Says Cop Beat Him, Has No Idea This Video Is About to Surface

This is from Conservative Tribune.

A Son of Obama is trying to fan the fires of racism and hatred of police officers.

A punk teen from Texas who claimed a cop beat him for no good reason was proven a liar Monday when Jacinto City Police Chief Joe Ayala released video footage refuting the kid’s allegations.

The video showed the teen, Lee Hagan, on top of another kid, beating him senseless outside a convenience store. As soon as a cop car pulled up, Hagan jumped off the guy, only to be rightfully rushed and tossed to the ground by one of Ayala’s fine officers.

“I backed away from the dude after the police told me to get up,” Hagan claimed, according to KTRK. “He grabbed me and threw me through the window for no reason.”

Judging by the video, which you can watch here, the teen thug lied through his teeth. Instead of hurling the thug through the window, it looks as if Ayala’s officer simply pushed Hagan against it in an attempt to restrain him.

“It was not intentional on the officer’s part,” Ayala argued. “The officer did not body slam him into the window. He did not throw him into the window. He was trying to physically restrain him.”

Hagan, of course, continued to resist as is typical for thugs, so the officer forced him to the ground so he could take him in for questioning.

Accused carjacker to witness: I only rob white people

This is from The Detriot Press.

This is a hate crime if there was one, but this Son Of Obama will never be charged with a hate crime.

Hopefully some day this punk will cross paths with someone that concealed carry permit, then be shot and killed as he richly deserves to be.

Detroit — A hapless carjacker failed to get away with the crime after his gun jammed, he forgot to release the parking brake and let a witness go, saying: “You good, I only rob white people,” according to the FBI.

Court records filed Friday in U.S. District Court in Detroit chronicle a failed carjacking that led to a 24-year-old man facing federal carjacking and firearm charges, which carry penalties of 25 or more years.

The carjacking happened Tuesday afternoon at Rouge Park on Detroit’s west side.

Brandon Lamar Williams, 24, allegedly approached two men inside a 2015 Ford Fusion while holding a revolver in each hand, according to the FBI.

Williams announced a hold-up and demanded an Apple Watch, two rings and a black bag from the first victim, according to federal court records.

At one point, Williams pointed a gun at the second victim and squeezed the trigger three times, the FBI said. The gun, however, failed to fire.

Williams pointed a gun at the first man’s neck and told the men to “get out and leave the laptop,” according to court records.

As the first man exited the car, Williams allegedly struck him in the face with the gun, breaking his nose.

Now behind the wheel, Williams tried to drive away, but couldn’t, the FBI said.

He forgot the parking brake.

A witness unaware of the carjacking saw Williams struggling to drive away, approached the car and told him about the parking brake.

Williams pointed a revolver at the Good Samaritan, the FBI said.

The Samaritan raised his hands in the air, court records show, before Williams spoke.

“Oh, you good, I only rob white people,” he allegedly said, according to court records.

Williams soon ditched the Fusion and got into a Jeep Liberty, which he had parked nearby.

Backing up, Williams hit the Fusion and got stuck on a median, according to court records.

Soon after, a police car entered the parking lot. The FBI says Williams managed to flee in the Liberty.

While speeding at 90 mph, Williams crashed into another car traveling southbound on Evergreen at Van Buren , the FBI said.

The Liberty rolled over several times and hit two utility poles. Williams was sent flying and ended up in front of the Jeep, surrounded by downed power lines, court records show.

He was arrested and taken to an area hospital. His condition was not disclosed in court records, but he suffered facial injuries that kept him from participating in a line-up the next day.

Investigators learned the Liberty was stolen Sunday from the 20000 block of Stansbury in Detroit.

Cops’ dash-cam destroys police brutality charge; bystander’s video left out something key

This is from BizPac Review.

The  drunken thug that was being arrested was a Son of Obama.

Anyone care to bet the people providing the video and claiming police brutality are Children of Obama?

John-C-Harrison

This is one case where getting the whole picture made the difference.

A video recorded by a bystander of two Kansas police officers wrestling a man on the ground began to go viral for purportedly showing police engaging in excessive force — until the cops provided their own videos.

While footage of the “brutality,” shot by the bystander looked rough, it started when the suspect John Harrison, 30, was already on the ground and police were attempting to handcuff him. What it didn’t show was what initially caused the rough response from police.

Fortunately, dash-cam and personal body camera videos provided to KSHB by the Lenexa Police Department paint a complete picture, showing Harrison taking a swing at the officers before being slammed to the ground.

Harrison was ultimately charged with two counts of battery against a police officer, having an open container, driving on a suspended license and obstructing the legal process.

The incident is a good example of why police should be armed with body cameras.

Otherwise, their fate, and careers might rest in the hands of amateurs with cell phone cameras looking for their 15 minutes of fame and a public itching to blame the police and who generally don’t care about gathering all the facts before passing judgement.

He’s NOT loving it: Furious McDonald’s employee has an epic meltdown and totally trashes restaurant after being fired

This is from the U. K. Daily Mail.

When I first saw the link to this story on the Drudge Report  I was thinking another mindless Amish rampage.

I was shocked to see it was a Son of Obama rampaging. Snark.

It is amazing that Americans have to look to papers in the U. K. to find out about things happening in America.

  • Video has emerged of McDonald’s employee trashing restaurant in rage
  • Incident appears to have taken place after man was told he was fired
  • He can be seen shouting, swearing and smashing up items in outburst
  • Row took place in front of bemused customers who were visibly shocked

A furious McDonald’s employee has been caught on camera having a meltdown of epic proportions and trashing the restaurant after being fired.

A customer in the St Paul branch in Minnesota filmed the incredible moment the as yet unnamed member of staff started smashing up the restaurant in a fit of rage.

The disgruntled now ex-employee can be seen still wearing his red McDonald’s t-shirt and black hat as he swears, shouts and trashes the area behind the counter.

The disgruntled ex-employee can be seen still wearing his red McDonald’s t-shirt as he swears, shouts and trashes the area behind the counter. Here he is being asked to leave by the manager, but he refuses

Ignoring the restaurant’s shocked customers the man proceeds to smash glasses, throw drinks and even appliances to the floor, all the while unleashing a foul-mouthed tirade at the other employees.

A video on YouTube called ‘McDonald’s Employee Gets Fired & Goes Crazy’ which captured the incident has already had more than 32,000 hits since it was uploaded yesterday.

‘Man, I don’t know what is going on,’ one bemused customer tells the camera.

The employee left a trail of destruction in his wake, including trays, drinks cups, a can of whipped cream, straws, trays, broken glass and even ketchup,

The man marches around the back of the counter to the kitchen area out of sight but can be heard still shouting and swearing as he smashes the kitchen up.

He said: ‘You treat me like s***, I get treated like s***!

‘B**** give me my f****** pay! ‘I was nice to you b****!’

Another man, who appears to be the manager, can be heard telling the furious man: ‘You need to leave. Please. Just leave.’

The man ignores him and carries on his demolition campaign, pushing over a metal container and telling the manager to ‘Shut the f*** up. Pay for that.’

One bemused customer can be heard saying ‘Oh my god…’

Another said: ‘Welcome to St Paul.’

The man kicks a metal container on the floor and address the camera with something inaudible.

He then eventually puts his coat on, still shouting at the manager.

The clip ends with the person filming appearing to lose interest with the on-going conflict, showing off his Versace jumper.

Career Felon Gunned Down By Armed Customer In Indy Pawn Shop Robbery

This is from Bearing Arms.

Son Of Obama Tyree Allen walks into the Cash America Pawn puts on a ski-mask and decides to rob it.

Gets in a gun fight with a customer and assumes room temperature.

I have included a link to the Indy Channel WRTV6 that mentions the customer now fears retaliation by the family of Tyree.

The area where the shooting took place is hood rat central.

Tyerre Allen’s life of crime was ended permanently today, thanks to a good guy with a gun:

It happened around 2:15 p.m. at Cash America Pawn at 2428 E. 38th St.

Police say a person came into the business and showed a weapon. Multiple shots were fired. It is unclear if the suspect fired shots or just brandished his weapon.

When officers arrived, they found the suspect shot multiple times at the entrance of the business. He was pronounced dead by EMS crews on the scene.

Police identified the suspect Tuesday night as Tyerre Allen, 25, of Indianapolis. Allen was recently released from Indiana Department of Corrections for a robbery that occurred several years ago.

The hero was identified as a customer who opened fire when Allen pulled a gun and attempted to rob the establishment. The customer was effective with his fire, and Allen was pronounced DRT (dead right there) by responding EMS units. Allen was brandishing a weapon when he attempted his robbery, but it is unclear at this time if he fired any shots.

Indianapolis Police said that Allen is the most likely suspect in a string of recent robberies in the metropolitan area.

His crime spree has come to a permanent end.

Surveillance Video Shows Shooting at Highland Park Hospital

This is from NBC 5 Chicago.

A Son Of Obama rides with a drunk driver with his nine year old daughter in tow and is involved in a wreck.

They end up in the emergency room at Highland Park Hospital where the ignorant hood rat pulls a gun on the staff.

Then said ignorant hood rat refuses to put down his gun and gets his dumb ass killed.

Now the hood rat’s family is saying he was innocent and should have been tazered and not shot.

Cue the family playing the race card and getting one of the race baiter brothers9Jackson,Sharpton) stirring the pot.

I can not get the videos embedded.

Newly released surveillance video shows the chaotic scene at a Highland Park hospital as workers flee from a man who authorities say was armed with a handgun and was then shot by police.

Illinois State Police officials said the entire incident began shortly after 11 p.m. on Nov. 3 when police responded to a crash on Route 94 near Lake Cook Road and arrested the driver for driving under the influence.

Two passengers in the vehicle, Christopher Anderson and his 9-year-old daughter, were taken to Highland Park Hospital, police said.

A few hours later, about 1:30 a.m., Highland Park police officers responded to a call for assistance with an “aggressive subject” at the hospital. Officers and hospital staff attempted to calm Anderson, who they say pulled out a handgun after becoming angry over the young girl’s care.

After “repeated efforts” to get him to drop his weapon, officers fired, according to the statement. Anderson was struck and pronounced dead, police said.

In the footage, workers and officials are seen running from the hospital room. A few minutes later, officials wheel someone out of the room on a gurney.

Outraged family members remain adamant that Anderson didn’t have a gun and said police have not given them updates about what happened.

“He was just looking out for his 9-year-old daughter, in a hospital,” said his girlfriend Ladonna Rhyan. “They’re not supposed to kill him. Why not Taser? So many different methods.”

No other injuries were reported. Anderson’s daughter was out of the hospital Monday and with her mom.

The Lake County State’s attorney’s office and Highland Park police said the shooting was justified and officers followed protocol. They also allege Anderson was intoxicated the night of the incident and that the gun he allegedly had was stolen.

MAN CHARGED WITH BURNING GRAVE SITE AMERICAN FLAGS

This is from ABC 6 Action News WPVI-TV.

This Son Of Obama is fond of burning things make him pile up his possessions and make him burn them.

Then toss his sorry ass in the flames.

A Bucks County man is under arrest this Veterans Day after allegedly burning grave site American flags.

29-year-old Anthony Davis Carter of Feasterville was arrested Tuesday and charged with institutional vandalism, arson, and related offenses.

Action News was there as he was being taken into custody. Carter denied he vandalized any gravesites.

Bensalem police say they have solid evidence the Feasterville man vandalized gravesites five times at two local cemeteries – Roosevelt Memorial Park on Old Lincoln Highway and Rosedale Memorial Park on Richlieu Road.

Photos show American flags, used to mark veteran’s graves, were removed and set on fire and gravestones were burned.

“Why this knucklehead would decide to damage grave stones and marks and burn American flags, I have no idea,” said Fred Harran, Bensalem Public Safety Director.

Police were able to collect DNA from the wooden handle on one of the small flags that was burned and left behind.

Then, in early September, an officer spotted Carter walking through one of the cemeteries late at night.

He agreed to give a DNA sample. The results came back this week – Carter’s DNA matched the DNA on the flag and he was arrested appropriately on Veteran’s Day.

“The fact that he was arrested on Veteran’s Day was just by accident, and the fact that our DNA came back this week and we were able to put a case together is a good ending to this sad case,” said Harran.

Macon man describes firing shots after robbery

This from 13 Eye Witness News WMAZ.

I am not sure how smart it was to grab your gun and chase down the armed robber.

Then shoot at the robbers on the street and just intend to shoot the windows out.

If I was shooting at an armed robber my intent would have been to put him down.

The robbers are a Son and Daughter of Obama.

The man who fired several shots at a pair of robbers Thursday said it all started when he went to buy a game for his son.

Tim Jackson was in the GameStop in the Eisenhower Crossing Shopping Center on Thursday during an armed robbery. He tells us he went in to GameStop to buy a $6 Star Wars video game for his son.

What happened next, he said, was something he’s only seen in the movies.

The suspects Javon Britton and Maryann Davis have been arrested and are in custody until their hearing in superior court.

Jackson says the man, Britton, walked in, “as cool as a cucumber,” saying he was waiting to check out.

Then Jackson heard, “Get on the ground or I’m going to start shooting.”

He was then robbed of $40 and says he hit the deck, keeping his face down on the ground.

Jackson says all he could think of were his wife and kids at home, saying his life flashed before his eyes.

He tells us the robber was only a few feet away, and he could make out that the robber was holding an assault rifle.

Jackson says he bought a gun several years ago to protect his family when his wife got pregnant. He says he’s had a carry permit for over six years.

When the suspect started to walk out of the store, Jackson said, one thing went through his mind, “I don’t want him to do this to anyone else.”

Jackson followed him out of the store, and got to his own car where he kept his gun. He says he got his gun and started looking for Britton.

Jackson says he met eyes with the suspect, and says Britton appeared to reach for his gun.

Jackson says that’s when he fired his first shot.

He tells us he wasn’t aiming for the suspect, but rather trying to hit the windows in case the car got away. He says he thought it might be an easier find for the police.

Throughout the entire robbery Jackson says Britton was extremely calm. This made him think this robbery wasn’t his first time.

Jackson tells us, “I‘m down on my luck lately, but you don’t see me out robbing anyone.”

He says the police still have his gun as evidence — but he had another gun on him Friday.

Father charged in accidental shooting that critically hurt 3-year-old

This is from The Chicago Sun Times.

The draconian gun laws in Chicago did not stop this Son Of Obama from getting a gun.

I have my doubts about who actually discharged the gun.

I bet it was not the boy or his playmate, my money is on the father.

Authorities have charged the father of a 3-year-old boy who critically hurt in an accidental shooting at a West Side home Friday night.

James J. Jenkins, 26, faces one felony count of unlawful use of a weapon for possession of a firearm by a parolee, police said Sunday morning.

Jenkins allegedly owned the handgun accidentally discharged by the boy or a playmate about 7:30 p.m. Friday at their home in the 4300 block of West Monroe, police said.

The boy’s name is James Jenkins as well. He was taken in critical condition to Mount Sinai Hospital, officials said.

His father was scheduled to appear in bond court Sunday, police said.

“Everybody is just in shock right now,” the boy’s aunt Annette Garvin said Friday. “We are trying to put everything together.”

A neighbor said two people were sitting on the front porch of the home at the time of the shooting.

“There was a boom and they ran inside,” the neighbor said.

Tammy McNeal said she was driving when she saw people running towards the middle of the block.

“Then I heard screams, ‘someone’s been shot,’” McNeal said.

Neatre Strong, the boy’s grandmother, said James was a very active child.

“He loves pizza and music,” Strong said.

Ardell Strong, the boy’s great uncle, said the youngster “was a good kid — an average every day kid who liked to play video games.”

Strong added, “This should have never happened.”

Suspect Suing Pizzeria Workers For Tackling Him, Taking Gun

This is from WFMY News 2.

Nigel Sykes a Son of Obama is a lousy criminal and a liar now he wants to be compensated for his ignorance.

U.S. District Judge Sue L. Robinson  allowed this case to go forward should be fired.

Nigel Sykes

(Photo: Wilmington Journal)

NEWPORT, Del.— The first time Nigel Sykes tried to get money from the Seasons Pizza restaurant, he did it with a gun, forcing his way into the business through the back door.

This time, Sykes is trying to get money from the pizzeria by suing the employees who tackled him and wrestled his gun away during the robbery.

Sykes alleges assault in a federal civil complaint claiming the rough treatment was “unnecessary” and that as a result of the injuries he suffered during his attempted hold-up, he is due over $260,000.

Sykes also claims in his suit, filed without an attorney, that after employees subdued him, two Newport police officers improperly used stun guns on him and denied him access to medical attention.

Normally lawsuits like this are tossed out after a brief review by the court. And while U.S. District Judge Sue L. Robinson tossed out several of Sykes’ claims, she allowed the case to move forward against the pizza employees, two arresting officers and Seasons.

Officials with Seasons declined comment but Newport Police Chief Michael Capriglione said, “It is a joke lawsuit.”

“It is sad to see this kind of suit being looked at. The court shouldn’t waste the taxpayers’ money,” he said.

Sykes, 23, of Wilmington, filed his federal civil action in 2013 from prison, where he is serving a 15-year sentence for robbery and attempted robbery.

In his self-written complaint, Sykes admits, “I committed a robbery at Seasons Pizza” on Maryland Ave. on Nov. 30, 2010, just before 8 p.m. He admits he “displayed” a handgun and that an employee —a delivery driver and one of the named defendants — “handed me $140.”

He says he then started to make his way forward in the store when a different employee grabbed him from behind and other employees wrestled the gun from him, with at least one shot being fired during the struggle.

“That is when the assault began,” according to Sykes’ suit. “All of the Season’s Pizza employees participated in punching, kicking and pouring hot soup over my body. I was unarmed and defenseless and had to suffer a brutal beating by all of the employees of Seasons Pizza,” he wrote, adding the beating knocked him unconscious.

In Sykes’ first 2011 complaint, which is significantly different than the most recent one, he claimed an unknown person robbed him at gunpoint “and then forced me, after giving me a gun, to (rob) a nearby Seasons Pizza.”

“I complied with his commands and proceeded to rob the establishment.” he wrote in 2011, adding he informed employees that he was being forced into the hold-up by someone outside.

In that account, which was tossed out on procedural grounds, Sykes also claimed employees beat him with pots and pans, rendering him unconscious and described the beating as “unnecessary.”

Sykes claims in both suits, “I was aroused from my state of unconsciousness, only to realize that I was handcuffed and being tasered,” by the police. He concludes by alleging the officers denied him needed immediate medical attention for the burns and stun gun wounds and other injuries for eight hours. And one officer used a racial slur, he wrote.

Sykes demands $20,000 each from six Seasons employees, $20,000 from each of the two arresting officers and $100,000 from Seasons.

Employees at Seasons remember the robbery and said one employee was shaken up by it for a long time. In the restaurant’s kitchen, they still have a trash can that was hit by a bullet from Sykes gun and someone wrote the name of the employee who was narrowly missed by the shot over the bullet hole.

Attorneys for the two Newport police officers recently filed a response to the suit, seeking to have it tossed out on statute of limitations grounds.

At the time of his 2010 arrest, police said Sykes was linked to at least eight other robberies including a bank, three other pizzerias, two fast food restaurants and two convenience stores.

Sykes pleaded guilty in New Castle County Superior Court in July 2011 to five counts, resolving some 51 charges against him including counts related to the attempted robbery at Seasons and the Sept. 2010 robbery of a WSFS Bank. A Superior Court judge then sentenced him in April 2012 to 15 years for robbery, attempted robbery and three weapons counts.

Shortly after entering his plea, Sykes attempted to withdraw it claiming in a motion that he had not taken his medication that day. Both the Superior Court and the Delaware Supreme Court denied the request, citing the fact that Sykes attorney said on the day of the plea that Sykes had no mental issues and was not on medication.

In his motion, Sykes also wrote that he should be allowed to take back his plea because, “I’m not good at making good choices.”
