I went to bed mad and I woke up still fuming at this culture of cry babies who throw tantrums when they hear someone else dare stand for the courage of their conviction and it happens to differ from theirs.  Especially when it comes from the party of the left– the self proclaimed “tolerant party.”  Their tolerance famously stops at the end of their opinion and freedom of speech is a one way street.

Phil Robertson is just the latest victim.  A&E made a terrible mistake and I have a little comfort predicting that they will rue the day that they made the decision to fire the star for simply answering a question in an honest and matter of fact way when asked directly by a reporter.

But, putting that aside for nowwhat can YOU do to show your extreme displeasure?  Capitalism is a wonderful thing as it allows you to register your feelings, vote your pleasure/displeasure, and stand up for what YOU believe in as wellall with the dollars in your pocketbook.

As such, here is a preliminary list of A&E sponsors/advertisers.  We will work on getting contact info to add to this as well.  In addition, I’ve read that when you buy Duck Dynasty “gear” make sure it is the Duck Commander brand and NOT the Duck Dynasty brand as A&E owns that as well.

Cops: Woman pulls stun gun in fight over Walmart shopping cart

This is from My Fox New York

A daughter of  Obama uses a Taser on a woman over

shopping cart.

Sadly this will happen more and more frequently.

Latosha Mathis

NEW JERSEY (MYFOXNY.COM) –

A Thanksgiving shopper is facing criminal charges after police say she pulled a stun gun in a dispute over a shopping cart outside of a Walmart store.

Police say it happened Thursday at about 7:18 p.m. at the Walmart in Linden, N.J.

Officers assigned to the store were alerted to a dispute in the parking lot between two women. An on-duty Linden Fire Department captain on scene monitoring the crowd situation told an officer that one of the women had a stun gun.

Police spoke to a victim, a 42 year old from Staten Island, who told officers that she and another woman were having an argument over a shopping cart when the other woman pulled out a stun gun and activated it in a threatening manner.

Police say the woman with the stun gun, Latosha Mathis, 34, of Elizabeth, N.J. was arrested after officers found the TW-11 stun gun in her purse.

She was charged with illegal possession of a stun gun, and is due back in court on December 6, 2013.  She faces up to 18 months in jail and a $10,000 fine

Recalled Former Colorado Senator John Morse Thinks Magpul Should Apologize for Sandy Hook

This is from Guns Save Lives.

The anti gun goons have no shame.

How is Magpul responsible for the Sand Hook murders?

The only person responsible for the murders at

Sandy Hook is the Adam Nut case Lanza.

Saw Newtown report. Can someone point me to Magpul’s apology to the victim’s families?

Sometimes the idiocy of anti-gunners actually makes my head hurt. Case in point. Anti gunner John Morse, who was recalled from the Colorado State Senate in September due to his support of gun control laws, has taken to Twitter to try and shame Magpul for the fact that their PMag AR15 magazines were apparently used at Sandy Hook.

According to the report released earlier this week, Adam Lanza used 30 round PMags in the shooting.

This isn’t really surprising seeing as how PMags are probably the most popular and one of the most abundant AR15 magazines available today due to their light weight, reliability, durability, and low cost.

Magpul should be viewed as the quintessential American company. They sought to make the best possible product they could, and they succeeded, providing dozens, if not hundreds of Americans with jobs in the process.

Morse, along with this anti-gun colleague, Angela Giron were soundly recalled by Colorado voters back in September. A third state senator who was being targeted for recall, Evie Hudak, resigned today in order to allow Democrats to keep control of her senate seat.

Magpul, which is in the process of completely leaving Colorado, was one of the staunchest opponents of the new Colorado gun laws, and their operation to provide low cost, standard capacity magazines to Colorado residents before they were banned likely rubbed Morse the wrong way.

School Gun Control Propaganda

Washington DC – -(Ammoland.com)- Former Arizona Congresswoman Gabby Giffords is teaming up with Sandy Hook mother Nicole Hockley to push gun control on the first anniversary of the heinous crime at Sandy Hook Elementary.

The crime took place on December 14, 2012, and beginning on November 14, 2013, Giffords and Hockley are encouraging schools to talk to students about gun violence.”

According to The Sacremento Bee, Giffords and Hockley are asking teachers to talk to K-12 students about “[responding] to tragedies like Newtown and working to prevent them from happening in the future.”

To this end, participating schools will have students trace the outline of one of their hands and write a sentence under the drawing beginning with the words, “I hope…” Students can then write things like “I hope no more tragedies happen,” or “I hope mom and dad are safe,” or the ever-popular “I hope Congress passes the Manchin/Toomey gun control bill.”

Schools are then asked to display “these drawings in classrooms, hallways, and auditoriums.”

Said Giffords:

Stopping gun violence takes courage and new ideas. We are proud to bring students together to honor the lives lost in the tragic shooting at Sandy Hook Elementary, and encourage them to envision an America that is both free and safe.

‘STAR TREK’ ACTOR LABELS ALL GUN OWNERS ‘DANGEROUS’

This is from Breitbarts Big Holly Wood.

It is quite obvious Brent Spinerless has suffered multiple

Phaser blasts that were set on Dumb Ass.

Does Brent Spinerles have bodyguards?

I have no doubt Comrade Spinerless just fine with

 his bodyguards having guns.

Brent Spiner, best known for playing the inquisitive robot Data onStar Trek: The Next Generation, apparently doesn’t think the Second Amendment matters any more.

Nor does Spiner look on gun owners with much respect.

The actor lashed out at those who legally own firearms with a series of tweets that cast aspersion on anyone who dares own a gun. Here’s a sampling of his recent twitter messages on the subject of guns:

RT @tonybalogna: He just thinks all gun owners dangerous by default.–I believe anyone with a gun in their hand is dangerous. My opinion.

RT @DevonMScott: I’ll second you on no more shootings. As for no more guns… —if you’re not going to shoot them, why do you need them?

So…read my Twitter feed. Which one of these “good guys”, and there are many, would you feel comfortable with them owning a gun? Or safe?

Two Cypress Springs High School students killed in house party shooting

This is from The Houston Chronicle.

Two sons of Obama crash a birthday party and start shooting.

They kill one son and one daughter of Obama.

When these feral savages are not murdering whites

they are murdering each other.

A teenager who attended a large house party where two Cypress Springs High School students died says gunshots began in the house and continued outside as people ran into the streets seeking cover.

Shaniqua Brown, 17, says Saturday evening’s birthday party “was not rowdy at all,” and many people were dancing when they heard the shots.

Authorities are seeking two gunmen who are ages 17 and 22.

A man and a woman were killed in the shooting, said Sheriff Adrian Garcia. The man died at the party and the woman at Cypress Fairbanks Medical Center Hospital. The victims have not been named but Garcia said both attended Cypress Springs High School.

At least 19 others were wounded in the shooting, said Garcia.

The party was advertised on Twitter as an 18th birthday celebration with the hashtag #Fab3HouseParty. Brown said word about the party was also spread through Instagram, a photo-sharing app and website.

Garcia said promoting the party on social media likely invited strangers to the home.

He said evidence indicates that there was no one-on-one confrontation prior to the shooting.

The initial investigation indicates that someone pulled a pistol and fired one celebratory shot into the air, he said.

“Someone else recklessly reacted to the gunfire and shoots into the crowd,” said Garcia, adding that about 10 shots were fired.

The Sheriff called the incident a “a horrible combination of immaturity, access to a firearm and the inability to control oneself.”

Garcia said social media “caused part of the problem we’re dealing with,” but said social media could also help find the suspects.

“We are asking those armed with social media to help the Harris County Sheriff’s Office bring closure to this incident,” he said. “If you, out there, know someone involved in this case … I ask you to use your smart phone and download IWatchHarrisCounty (app).”

Partygoers scrambled after the first shots were fired about 11 p.m. at the home in the 7300 block of Enchanted Creek Drive, near Fry and FM 529, said Brown.

Pools of blood were visible outside the two-story brick home Sunday morning, and the garage door was bent after people had pushed it upward while trying to escape.

More than 100 people, mostly young adults, were at a house celebrating Mariah Boulden‘s birthday, said Thomas Gilliland, spokesman with the Sheriff’s Office.

One of the wounded included a female, who was sent by Lifeflight helicopter ambulance to Memorial Hermann Hospital.

The others shot have injuries ranging from serious to non-life threatening, said Gilliland. Some were shot in the foot or ankle. Others were shot in the hip, he said. Most of the injured were from 17 to 20 and were taken to five area hospitals.

Three others not shot, but hurt in the incident, also were taken to a hospital, Gilliland said. They reported injuries such as twisted ankles. One neighbor said she thought a teen broke his leg trying to jump her fence as he fled the gunfire.

After the shooting, people were making a mad rush to get out of the house, he said. Witnesses told deputies that some people broke second-floor windows and jumped.

So many people were trying to get out of the garage, they forced the garage door forward and pushed it off its tracks, Gilliland said.

When deputies arrived, they saw some people lying on the ground and others running.

“It was a pretty chaotic scene,” Gilliland said.

Hours after the shooting, A. Henry described how the celebration turned into terror.

He was in the house, near the kitchen when he heard the first shots.

“It sounded like a balloon popping,” said the 19-year-old Cypress Springs graduate.

Partygoers suddenly got quiet, he said, then the gunfire returned.

Henry said he thinks he heard between 10 and 12 shots fired, but was uncertain because the situation was hectic. The shooting seems to last between three to five minutes, he said.

At one point, he was trying to move people toward the garage to help them and himself out. He saw two people on the floor, bleeding.

Uncertainty crossed his mind.

“I hope I make it out alive,” he recalled thinking.

Karen Briones was visiting relatives in the neighborhood when they heard the shooting, she said.

She saw the party earlier Saturday when on her way to a convenience store. After Briones returned to her relatives’ home, on the other side of the neighborhood, they heard gunfire. She and a few relatives drove back down the street to investigate, she said.

“Girls were crying and screaming, banging on people’s doors asking them for help and to call 911,” Briones said.

The party was advertised on Twitter as an 18th birthday celebration. Brown said word about the party was also spread through Instagram, a photo-sharing app and website.

At least one parent was in the house, said Christina Garza, a spokeswoman with the sheriff’s office.

No drugs or alcohol are suspected in the shooting.

Garcia said Boulden’s mother was in the home during the party.

Bruno Figueroa lives a few houses down the street and said he heard five to 10 shots. He looked out his window and saw a crowd of at least 30 people running down his street.

“Kids were running everywhere,” he said.

Figueroa said people suddenly began ducking into back yards and behind vehicles in driveways, apparently trying to hide from a car that was slowly coming down the street. Figueroa said that from his upstairs window he could hear the people who were hiding nearby.

“They were crying, yelling, ‘My brother got shot,’ ‘Why did they do this?'” he said.

Figueroa said as soon as the slow-moving car rounded a corner and then sped away, the people who had been hiding gathered back in the street.

Donald Trump says he’ll pay for fallen warrior burials cut by shutdown

This is from BizPac Review.

Say what you want about Donald Trump he is stepping up to the plate

to help and Honor our fallen veterans.

I bet the Obama regime prevents Trump from helping the families of fallen veterans.

Billionaire Donald Trump has offered to pick up paying a “death gratuity” to families of four soldiers and a Marine who died in combat in Afghanistan over the weekend after the Pentagon announced it is suspending immediate payments to families of combat fatalities because of the government shutdown.

When service men and women are killed in combat, the Pentagon normally pays families $100,000 to cover funerals and the cost of families to travel to receive the remains of their loved ones.

The Pentagon suspended those payments after the government shutdown, stirring outrage on Capitol Hill.

The House is expected to take up a bill today that would have the payments resume.

In the meantime, Trump has offered to step in, and other private groups have said they will also lend a hand.

UPDATE: The House on Wednesday unanimously passed a bill that would restore the payment, according to The Hill. The bill must now be approved by the Senate and signed by President Obama before it can take effect.

It is outrageous and disgusting that families of U.S. MILITARY personnel killed in action will not be given money for burials. SAD!

If the U.S. Government doesn’t give the money necessary for the burials of our military personnel, I will. The U.S. under Obama’s leadership!

Others on Twitter were quick to respond with offers to help:

If the U.S. Government doesn’t give the money necessary for the burials of our military personnel, I will. The U.S. under Obama’s leadership!

Home Based FFL by the Numbers

FFL123.com

Sioux Falls, SD-(Ammoland.com)- Have you ever walked into your local gunshop and said you were thinking of getting an FFL, from your home address?

How long did it take the entire staff at the local gunshop to tell you that you are an idiot and that getting a home based FFL is impossible?

This scenario plays out every day and continues to contribute to the urban legend that a home based (kitchen table) FFL approval is illegal and impossible!

We decided to do a little research and see exactly what percentage of FFL holders actually have a “commercial” address.

If the gunshop was correct, the commercial addresses for the FFL’s physical addresses would be 100%.  We went to the ATF website and downloaded all the USA FFL holder’s information, which includes their physical address.  We then found a website that has the same database as the US postal service uses to determine if an address is residential or commercial, SmartyStreets.com.  We decided to remove pawnshops (Type 02 FFL holders) and then we uploaded the data to SmartyStreets.com for determining whether the address was a commercial or residential address.

We were shocked to find that 64% of the FFL holders are home based.  California was at 49%, New Jersey at 51% and even Massachusetts at 42%….

Why would anyone want a FFL?  If you asked every FFL holder why they applied, we suspect the answer would be to buy firearms at wholesale prices.  ATF won’t approve 100% personal usage, so you will need to be willing to help others with transfers and maybe help a few friends get some great deals!

Normally the gun hobby turns into applying for an FFL and then as time evolves you can expand and grow as you see fit or let expire after three years when time to renew!

Data from the article was provided by FFL123.com, the leaders in helping gun enthusiasts get their FFL correctly the first time.

A Whopping 167 People Signed Up For Healthcare Exchanges in Connecticut

This is from Town Hall.

As bright Blue as Connecticut is they exchange website would have been swamped.

Sounds like Blue State people do not want the crap known as Obamacare.

The State of Connecticut has a population of roughly 3.5 million. Of that 3.5 million, about 344,000 people lack insurance. Given these facts, one would think that Access Health CT, the health insurance marketplace for the state under the Affordable Care Act, would be flooded with applications the first day.

After all, according to the New Haven Register, “experts expect about two-thirds of the state’s uninsured will gain coverage under health care reform.” Two-thirds of 344,000 is roughly 229,000 people.

So were people signing up in droves? Not exactly. According to Connecticut Congressman Jim Hines, less than 200 applications were filed for health insurance on the first day of the exchanges. That is approximately 0.07 percent of the total number of people expected to gain coverage under the new law.

Today, the CT health exchange @AccessHealthCT received 28k visitors, and took 167 applications for health insurance. Day 1.

Wow! 167 applications?! That’s a smaller number than the senior class at North Haven High School. Of those 167 applications, only 83 were from people looking to find private insurance with a federal subsidy. The other 84 applications were for Medicaid.

By 2:11 p.m. on October 1, only 44 people had enrolled in an exchange program through Access Health CT.

Despite the fact that less than one percent of eligible people were enrolled in some sort of health insurance by the end of the first day of the program, Gov. Malloy ispleased with his state.

“You get a lot of proud moments when you are governor, and this is one of the proudest.”

Alrighty then.

Even with technical difficulties as the site launched, @AccessHealthCT, the official Twitter account of Access Health CT, did not confirm a single healthcare enrollment until nearly 11 hours after the programs began.

We just confirmed our first enrollment! A family of 3 just got access to affordable health care coverage thanks to

James Woods on Obama: He’s the ‘gift from hell’

This is from The Washington Times.

James Woods has said it best.

It’s a safe bet there’s no love lost between Hollywood actor James Woods and President Obama — the former has taken to Twitter several times over the last few months to trash the policies and politics of the latter.

The latest came this week, in response to a report from British press that revealed the National Security Agency commonly provides Israel with intelligence data — without first stripping out private and personal information on American citizens. The Guardian in London reported the item, the latest in its coverage of document leaks from Edward Snowden.

Mr. Woods unleashed his views of the matter — and of Mr. Obama’s role in allowing the practice to occur — on Twitter.

He wrote: “Report: Data on Americans shared with Israel … Obama: the gift from hell that keeps on giving.”

This is hardly the first unfavorable rating Mr. Woods has posted on his Twitter account about Mr. Obama. In July, the actor ranted over Mr. Obama’s insertion of his personal opinion into the George Zimmerman-Trayvon Martin trial, characterizing it as fueling racial tensions and wondering why the president would speak his mind about the death of the 17-year-old Trayvon but not worry so much about American’s soldiers and wounded warriors.
