President Donald Trump is  a gun owner’s best friend.

Hillary Clinton would have been r worst nightmare.

Hunting and shooting advocate Donald Trump Jr. will be the Second Amendment coalition chairman.

Days before the election, Donald Trump introduced a team of 64 men and women as part of his would-be Second Amendment coalition. Since he is now the President Elect, it is anticipated that this coalition will, in fact, come into fruition.

Led by his son Donald J. Trump Jr., the coalition will advise President Elect Donald Trump and the Vice President Elect Mike Pence on matters of the Second Amendment. Other memebrs of the coalition include state representatives and judges as well as non-politician advocates.

Former Secretary of State and defeated Presidential candidate, Hillary Clinton, had provided clues to her agenda to upend the Second Amendment as the election drew near. This Trump coalition will work to defend Supreme Court rulings and the Constitution. Both of these bodies guarantee our rights to own firearms.

A heartwarming story.

This World War II Veteran sure does remember his issued M1 Garand Rifle.

When this soldier handles a M1 Garand Rifle, the memories flood back. Take a moment to watch this touching video of a decorated World War II Veteran being reunited with a familiar rifle.

Youtuber Igneousedjr shared quite an emotional video of his great-grandfather, the recipient of the Purple Heart, Bronze Star and Combat Infantry Badge, among other decorations.

This tough World War II Veteran was wounded August 14th of 1944 in Dinard, France. That was the last time he handled an M1 Garand Rifle. That was until 72 years later, when this brave soldier’s great grandson brought a M1 Garand Rifleto show to him.

Every American should watch this heartfelt footage of a seasoned soldier meeting up with a vintage rifle from a past war. Thank you for your service, sir.

Sadly so many Americans have their heads buried in the sand and not seeing the terrorist threat.

Is it fear mongering when a Navy Seal who’s witnessed the threat of radical Islamic terror firsthand tells you to be prepared?

Who are you going to believe: a guy who’s actually witnessed the threat of radical Islam, or a liberal politician who tries to appease our enemies?

Navy Seal Dom Raso again cuts to the chase. He gets accused of “fear mongering” by the left when he tells the truth about radical Islamic terror, as well as when he criticizes those who would take away our most basic freedom to defend ourselves with firearms.

“Who do you trust to tell you when there’s a threat of terrorism brought on by an ideology that we, as Americans, don’t understand?” he asks.

Want to see the strange Spanish Astra 900 Stocked Pistol?

What appears to be a Mauser C96 Broomhandle is certainly not after a closer look. It is instead a Spanish Astra 900 Stocked Pistol.

Forgotten Weapons tells us all about the unique-looking firearm.

Ian from Forgotten Weapons got a chance to take a look at this copycat pistol which was originally made by Astra but ended up being sold in China. This pistol was imported out of China and refurbished to its pristine shape as a shooter or collectable.

This curio and relic pistol is indeed quite an interesting concept that has since fallen from popularity in more modern times. Stocked pistols just don’t have the range as a real rifle or carbine has. They sure are incredibly cool, though

I know this is an old story but this is the first time I saw this response.

Michael Moore shakes things up again.

The film “American Sniper,” just released about the late Navy SEAL Sniper Chris Kyle, is breaking box office records. Michael Moore decided to voice his opinion about the film and its hype.

Here is what Mr. Moore tweeted to all of his followers: “My uncle killed by sniper in WW2. We were taught snipers were cowards. Will shoot u in the back. Snipers aren’t heroes. And invaders r worse”

Well… that pissed some people off.

Including this Green Beret who wrote him a letter.

Mr. Moore-

Good afternoon there sweetheart, I hope this finds you alive and well. You can thank our men and women of the armed forces for that, by the way, and that also includes us cowardly snipers. It seems you’ve found time between licking the jelly off your fingers and releasing your grasp of a bear claw to tweet some junk about snipers being cowards.

My buddies and I got a good laugh over the tweet, so I thank you. For a guy worth $50 million dollars, you sure have quite a bit to bitch and cry about. I guess like a moth to flame, you too gravitate towards things that are popular and in the moment — in this case it’s snipers. Too bad for you that your attempt at being relevant via your 70+ year old family experience has failed. It has only made you look dumber than a bag of hammers. Next time you should try something more original than going after snipers for one reason or another…that was so last month.

It’s typical of “men” like you to criticize the intestinal fortitude, focus, discipline and patriotism of a sniper. It must stem from an inferiority complex or something. But hey, it’s okay cupcake. We snipers are thick skinned and the efforts of world class turds such as yourself to portray us in a negative light only makes us laugh. If you and I were in the same room, I’d throw you a smile and gently pat you on the head knowing you’re nothing more than a mouth breathing, Crisco sweating waste of space not even worthy of being in the presence of a sniper. It’s almost funny how people like you preach things like ‘acceptance’ and ‘not passing judgement’ or ‘labeling people’, but then are the first to do so when a person is in some way dissimilar from you.

So tenderfoot, I leave you with this final thought: what if you found yourself in some sort of hostage situation where you were held at knife-point by some crazed person and they were dead set on making an example of you by bleeding you out on Hollywood Blvd in front of the world, and the only way out was with the precision aimed fire of a sniper? Would you want that coward to take the shot? Because knowing how you feel about snipers such as myself and your hatred of firearms, I’d probably drop the mag, roll the bolt and go get a Jack & Coke before helping you out.

Very Respectfully,

I couldn’t have said that better myself.

Well put Sikes, and God bless our service members.

NSSF is planning to challenge Attorney General’s actions against semi-automatic rifle sales.

The National Shooting Sports Foundation has announced they are taking legal actions in Massachusetts as a result of an attempted crackdown on the state’s semi-automatic weapons ban.

“With this ‘Enforcement Action,’ the Attorney General’s office has demonstrated how little it understands about firearms and has generated considerable uncertainty and confusion,” NSSF vice president and general counselor Lawrence Keane said in a press release.
A ban on semi-automatic rifles was actually already in place for Massachusetts. The public can’t buy household name firearms like the AR-15 in the Bay State. But there were legal loopholes that meant the public could still buy very similar rifles.

The loophole was based on small design changes by gun makers that changed the definitions of banned firearms. You can read more about the complicated legal definitions law makers and manufacturers are struggling with in Dustin Prievo’s original report of the crackdown.

When Attorney General Marua Healey announced there would be stricter enforcement of the assault weapons ban, they sent out an enforcement notice to firearms dealers that the sale of such loophole firearms would be illegal.

But the NSSF in a press release says Healey has overstepped her power in issuing the notices on short notice to firearms sellers.

“Her (Healey) actions totally disregard 18 years of Massachusetts firearm law, supported by all state regulatory agencies and understood by all concerned, in which firearms retailers have operated,” Keane said in the press release. “The Attorney General has undermined the legislative and public process by unilaterally declaring products that were legal to be illegal.”

The NSSF is also arguing the crackdown put a lot of pressure on gun sellers and citizens.

“In doing so, she has endangered the livelihoods of family-owned businesses and made potential felons out of tens of thousands of law-abiding citizens,” Keane said.

The NSSF is not discussing their legal strategy or co-plaintiffs at this time, but considering many of the NSSF’s members are firearms makers and sellers that there would be some of both involved.

A check of Attorney General Healey’s website and social media reveals no public comment as of yet on the NSSF’s pending legal action.  For now it seems the legality of semi-automatic rifles will remain in limbo for a while longer in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

18 Reasons to Conceal Carry a Gun

Number 13 &14 are the top two reasons I carry.

I corrected the title as it said concealed carry.

The world is unpredictable – here are 18 reasons to carry a gun.  There are many valid reasons to carry a gun and thankfully some citizens are able to exercise concealed carry practices. Since 2013, carrying a concealed handgun in public has been permitted in all 50 states so we’ve compiled an extensive list of 18
